Who's Side is the CCA on?
Ever wonder just who is on our side in our fight for the right to fish? It ain't the World Bank or Michael Arbuckle, Senior Specialist in fish & is associated with the UN Food and Agriculture Organization which is part of UNICEF; so what does a bank do with fish?

Dick Brame is the Atlantic States Director for the Coastal Conservation Association’s Atlantic
Marine Fisheries Committee and has worked with CCA for more than twenty years. Prior to
working in his current position he served for ten years as the Executive Director of CCA’s North
Carolina state chapter. He is a member of NOAA’s Marine Recreational Information Program
(MRIP) Operations Team and a liaison to the Registry Team, serves on the Advisory Panel to the
Atlantic Coastal Cooperative Statistics Program (ACCSP), and is a member of the ACCSP
Recreational Technical Committee. He also serves on the South Atlantic Fishery Management Council’s King and Spanish Mackerel Advisory Panel.
