I too am on a crusade, where together we can overcome the obstacles set before us. Together, we can show that our system really does work, regardless of Party as long as there are Principles to which we stand by and Deeds to which support our words, from the heart. I am there for you and I hope you, too are there with me.
I am in a fight but not for the Tories! I am in a fight for one of those seats in the Senate in giving the country a choice and in giving Congress a mediator, so to speak because if elected, I would be the first Whig to be in the Senate in over 150 years. Suddenly, a chance for all, on both sides to take time to reflect the values of what is at stake and a time to make the right decision. As one alone, in the Senate I would reflect the standards to which our country was founded upon; freedom and as such would unite us stronger than ever before but I too am seeking donations; as this is what it takes to get into such. Gary A. Anderson Stands Against Waste in Florida; Waste in the Nation!
As Our country, America, is facing a $14.6 trillion national debt, I encourage all in Congress, to stop supporting the big-government policies that threaten to bankrupt this nation! The Congressional Budget Office has predicted that our federal deficit will reach $1.3 trillion this fiscal year 2011. Tax revenue will total $2.1 trillion, while federal expenditures will amount to $3.4 trillion. This means that our government is spending 62 percent more than it is receiving in revenue. Are we as a nation, that stupid? Do we not teach simple math in secondary and elementary school? That's like someone who is making $30,000 a year spending more than $48,000 by maxing out their credit cards and other lines of credit. It doesn't matter whether you are a family, a state or a country. If you spend 62 percent more than you make, you're going to go bankrupt. DUH! Yet we continue to do so like nobody will notice and a magic moment will happen to make our spending bubble just go away! Our country's mounting debt is a financial time bomb that will explode and devastate every American family unless it is immediately disarmed! I am disappointed in Congress's voting record! I am disappointed in Senator Bill Nelson's ranking of "Hostile" from the Council for Citizens Against Government Waste, and urge you to stand up for taxpayers by fighting against runaway deficit spending and ever bigger government, by supporting my want to represent Florida in knowing how to say “No!” Please consider a donation to Gary A. "I understand that mine is but one voice, but perhaps when united in a national chorus of discontent against those who would willingly deny you and I as Americans, access to our natural public resources, foundations to governmental entities and asserted councils can better understand how such radical anti-fishing rhetoric is truly impacting the cultural heritage and traditions of our vital coastal infrastructure and refusing us our basic human rights as established under the public trust doctrine."
The Tea Party, to which I follow closely, is not a political party, nor is it looking to form a third political party any time soon, as stated on their web site but we as The Florida Whigs, will be, upon election, that third party to which will be the conscience of the other two, in forming a bond to the Red, White and Blue. Reforming all political parties and government so that the core principles of our Founding Fathers become, once again, the foundation upon which America stands.
I, Gary A. Anderson, do here by so intend to test the waters and am looking for funding to Endorsements as I am an Exploratory Candidate for the US Senate, Florida as a Florida Whig Party Representative. I am Proud to live in North Port Florida. I am proud to resident in the Great State of Florida and I am proud to be an American. I tell all I meet, in this country, yours and mine; you can do whatever you want, all you have to do is try. I maybe disabled but I am not dead. I may not have the millions or even the thousands but too, I testing the waters, because I can. As an Exploratory Candidate I am trying to raise awareness to our future needs within our great state and enough donations, to get on the ballot and run a campaign.
Those to whom I may be running against may be of wealthy individuals but money does not win elections, votes do; money just makes it easier to get the word out. Unfortunately, the man with the Gold usually wins but with enough support from those who cherish fishing to education and a need not to cut on disability in reformation there of; I do need some funds to get the word out! I am up for a fight! Putting the feet to the fire with regards to numbers. Education and Health care are big issues to our state and unless your on the receiving end, how do you know what is best for me or you? As an elected official, you must follow to what the people of Florida want, not to what the Government wants. They are into our fisheries, health care, education, unions and now purposing a catch share system for the recreational fisherman; what we can or cannot believe in and I say enough is enough! I Want No More! We are sliding more and more away from the Free Market in Florida advertising dollars because the FDA wants our children protected from unapproved advertisements, our Federal Government does not want? Since when did the Feds tell the States what to do? The bribes must stop. You do this or we give you no more funding; since when did a barter system set itself up with in our fiscal budgets of our Federal Government? Florida right to fish laws are being completely ignored. How much more are we going to be forced to put up with? The unnecessary gag shut down will result in a loss of three billion dollars, and 5000 jobs. Do you realize this order by the Czars was done as all the new regulations are done by them, without an economical feasibility study. They skipped that phase because it is quicker and probably would have recommended against it but that is what The NOAA /NMFS Councils do; ruin lives through U.N. Protocol! Why is it that your Governor or Senator has not come forward and said; Article I - The Legislative Branch, Section 10 - Powers prohibited of States: No State shall enter into any Treaty, Alliance, or Confederation...Tell them what they can do with it! Has nobody have a pair anymore or are they too involved in other interests?
Another by-product to all of this mess are agencies such as NOAA. NOAA is not just about weather, it too is taking your rights away to take your son or daughter fishing. The industry is on a change, put up for sale and now controlled by NGO's, such as PEW and the EDF, with companies behind the scenes, like the Walton Family and the Tyson’s, licking their chops on just how much money they will make off the privatization of your ocean and beaches. By following rules set by NOAA and its Czars and Councils, our Commercial and recreational fishing fleets are floundering in our waters. Championed by NOAA administrator Dr. Jane Lubchenco, catch shares and sector management cut the capacity of the fishing fleet dramatically to trickle down economics, only can show how we will lose millions if not billions in tourist dollars to seafood exports because of old rules set by the Federal Government over OUR OWN State waters. Before the Feds wish to take away my disability benefits and yours because of monies in need, why not look into NOAA and its increase to the $5.554 billion dollars awarded to them for more orbiting satellites to tell us what a tornado looks like. Money that could have gone towards a needy cause or, hm...maybe paying off our debt, what a concept!
Get Out and Stay out; administer your own backyard but stay out of mine and as far as Magnuson-Stevens, it needs a revision to the fullest extent, if not either rewritten or abolished all together. Conservation is as good as you put into it and the ways that NOAA is reading the rules, they need to go back to school!
As of late, I have been reading the The Constitution of the United States. It is a fascinating piece of work and other than a few spellings, it could have been written yesterday. It has some enlightening areas to which I wonder when was the last time Congress read it, not looked at it but actually, word for word read its Amendments of 27, as all the Articles within? As the Constitution of the United States of America and our Bill of Rights, we as The Florida Whig Party, support principles before party, personality, and profits, with deeds not words, constructive contribution from all members, and Classical Whig movements and political party efforts from coast-to-coast and border to border . Welcome to the 21st Century Florida Whig Party with historically based principles.

Our original query, was proven wrong in the software used but not that the Birth Certificate is a forgery, which it is a fake. The President, along with either well paid media or paid off have now chosen to call people nut jobs, if they continue down this path; why is that? We have asked for a copy of the Birth Certificate under the FOIA in that we wish an image or photograph of 2400 resolution, "Flat Screen" scan, with nobody getting between the glass and the birth certificate. This will put it to bed; one way or the other. Will they, the White House comply? Time will tell but remember, we will not go away and 2012 is still a ways off, so it would be in the best interest of President Obama to comply with our request. Again we will not go away. those to who may have an interest, including any at the big house on the hill, feel free to contact me at, inshoreflorida@gmail.com as I am as transparent as one can get and to that matter, I too am involved in politics. I, an Exploratory Candidate, testing the waters for the US Senate, Florida,
Gary A. Anderson, wish to end political radicalism, restore moderate majority rule with the utmost sincere respect, for the views of the minority, and provide decisive leadership, with emphasis to transparency and adherence to fiduciary standards, as has never existed, since our Founding Fathers blazed the trail to which we continue to broaden. Federal, state, and local governments must live within their means and maintain balanced budgets. To do this and more because much has not been done in Florida, for the good of its citizens, in a very long time. Florida needs a Wake Up Call if we are going to survive the 21st century. I need you support. I need Your donations now to get on the ballot and beat Bill Nelson! Help Me Help You and Please Donate to the best cause of your life! I am but one of you! Not of the rich, like others to all in the races ahead. I am a disabled American worker that knows when our government needs to wake up and remember us; to which, they all have forgotten. When was the last time a Senator here in Florida did something for you? When did you ever get but just a form letter as an answer to your question? There is plenty of time for these that call themselves 'Leaders' to answer and come a calling; not just at election time. Think about it; approximately working but 140 days a year and have no time to talk to their constituents? I purpose that a cut in their salaries be in order as a first drafting of a bill and why not! You get what you work for and a six figure salary plus perks for less than a years work is ludicrous. Save the country a buck times all in Congress and that is a pretty penny. Put your money where your mouth is, cut your own dollars as then we could say as was once said before by U.S. President Harry S. Truman with the buck stops here and I say, "The Buck Starts Here!" Showing America we mean business, no Party involvement need apply as it is one America, one people and one government; a government "of the people."

It is a time of simplification to reformation of our tax codes, in restoring our wealth back to maintainable levels. Federal, state, and local governments must live within their means and maintain balanced budgets. General funds must be segregated from all other funds and each funding type must be used only for their intended usage, period, unless it is imperative that such funding is in need during a time of war or conflict, which first must be voted by congress. No funds of the Peoples should ever be used in political speech or campaign activities. The use of any public funds designated for relief or public works for electoral purposes, directly or indirectly is morally wrong and must be made illegal. It must be illegal for government officials to promise jobs, promotions, financial assistance, contracts, or any other benefit to coerce campaign contributions or political support. Free and legitimate elections are critical to the survival of a nation, state, or local government; therefore, there must be zero tolerance with any type of fraud.
The United States Constitution is the supreme law of the land. The original intent of the Constitution shall govern all branches of the government. Judicial activism undermines the Constitution.
The Second Amendment specifically states that "the right of the people to keep and bear arms" and thus permits the individual ownership of firearms. It is our right!
Unique to their compositions, the States of this United States, is unique in its people, climate, history, economics, and geography. The Tenth Amendment of the United States Constitution shall govern in that all powers not granted to the federal government nor prohibited to the states shall be reserved to the states and the people. That is You and I, The People; This Constitution to which we all owe is such a divine piece of writing even today and must be preserved at all costs!We should never discard it, as some have suggested! The LOST ratification was done by and Executive Order and not by the will of the people, Congress, and therefore must be prohibited from usage within our frame works of society. Agenda 21 will discard the Constitution, take away the rights of the People and give them to stakeholders, much akin to "Catch Shares" an abomination to this country. Stand Up with me in a fight to take back your country that has been taken away from you. Stand up and say "I CAN!" and together we can and will prevail back to one nation, under god, for liberty and justice for all, not just a selected few but ALL!

Did you know that the federal debt has climbed by $8.3 trillion, in just 10 years! I am tired of all the rhetoric, blame shifting and everybody afraid to make a decision. Somebody needs to take the lead, as our Country does not play second fiddle to anyone and Florida, should not expect less. Through the words of the Party Chairman, Paul Grant Truesdell, there are Ten simple words to live by, to which, it just may, once again, save our Country;

There are many a good man and women in both the Republican and Democratic Parties but they are few and divided at best. We need a Party that will bond the nation into one of healing and to those Modern Tories, who cannot make up their minds; send them packing. The Country depends on it, our State depends on it and we too depend on it. Our nation, to which I thee do pledge allegiance, to my Flag, one nation, under God and indivisible by all!
