2011 American Values vs 1963 Communistic Standards!
Our economy has struggled more and more as those to whom are suppose to represent their constituents, tightened the noose on the prosperity in the name of a game called, winning the issue to which neither party could come to a consensus. The Tea Party, an American Movement, pushed their strengths towards finding an answer without regards to whom it hurt because Congress, movements and lobbyists no longer represent the people but their own entities. A tipping point was needed by Tuesday in extending the debt ceiling in order to sustain order but lawyers do not fight for truth or the Law, but for he who wins the argument. Congress has become a court where arguments are fought all day long and it is not “For the People” but to win the argument for whatever side is in favor of such.
We need to vote out the Lawyers and bring back the people that represent us. Would be the way in to breaking our will to freedoms. Think about it? I would distance myself from President Obama, if I still believed in Traditional American Values and God, as a endorsement from the Communist Party does not favor some? No wonder he gave the Russians the space program. They got the station, he got a few bucks to endorsements, going a long way in Communistic Standards! Read the 45 ideas of their bucket list and just see how many you recognize happening today, in our country; to include our downgrade in the finance market, today?
Remember in on June 17 of 1963? The U.S. Supreme Court concluded that any Bible reciting or prayer, in public schools, was deemed unconstitutional. Promoting the U.N. as the only hope for mankind, (Agenda 21, ICLEI now). Do away with all loyalty oaths and use technical decisions of the courts to weaken basic American institutions by claiming their activities violate civil rights. These were thought out in a plan when I was listening to Martin Luther King on TV as a kid and now being implemented today. If we do not get it together NOW, AMERICA, we are LOST. I, Gary Anderson, for one, am not ready to just roll over and play dead; are you? We must stop this madness. Yes a third party is in need in Congress, one that represents our fellow common man; one that is not just another Lawyer.

A Partnership for Sustainable Dissolution of the USA
The servitude of Agenda 21: NOT FOR ME!
I think we need a real deficit reduction plan that must call for spending cuts. We need substantial deficit reductions being included in such a plan, for without that key factor, deficit reductions, we will have a negative outlook to the future. America cannot afford to borrow 44 cents of every dollar it spends on Agenda 21 items, awards and programs. It is time to trim the fat, not eat your cake and have it too.
You notice how NASA is gone today. Did you know it was part of the “sustainability space” plan of Agenda 21? The US Government has known about this for awhile, with Obama being the man to “Push the Button” in killing more American Jobs while handing it all over to the Russians and our new pagan ritual; the United Nations!
What happen to citizen-driven government? Why is it our own government holds their Cut, Cap, and Balance Act over our heads, when it was their problem to tackle years ago but through Americas favorite past time, procrastination, our Congressmen had better things to implement into law or to ignore the Executive Orders to which are sinking our country to that of the level of a third world country?
305 million Americans are now going to be subject to a strategy that was never put to a vote or referendum. Nothing new, the President has side stepped the Constitution better than a one legged man doing the foxtrot! It is brought to you by a word you better get use too, stakeholders, and no its not for killing vampires but it is an idea. On June 10, 2010, the President signed an Executive Order creating the National Prevention, Health Promotion, and Public Health Council; The National Prevention Council.
In order to come up with a strategy, which would be done by real people, those who have an interest in (Dollars), Stakeholders and the public who hear of something just too good to be true; they say there is a sucker born every minute, a plan was put into place called the National Prevention Strategy. A comprehensive plan that enforces good health not just from quality medical care, “but also from clean air and water, safe outdoor spaces for physical activity, safe work-sites, healthy foods, violence-free environments and healthy homes. WOW! Utopia! The survey says, one of which I never saw and I spend many an hour watching the government, that over 240 website submissions to letters from dozen organizations, conveniently not named but trust me, why would I lie and submitted directly to the National Prevention Council and the Office of the Surgeon General, to form a consensus, without your approval or Congress, for that matter! The media was never informed and thus you were never told of what is a coming. Now, 305 million Americans are going to be subject to a strategy that was never put to a vote or referendum.
The documents length is of 125 pages with our favorite word; “Sustainability.” The National Prevention Strategy is a comprehensive plan that enforces Agenda 21 to its fullest extinct. The National Prevention Strategy also has a new initiative: the Healthy People 2020 Plan. This Healthy people 2020 initiative, Eliminate health disparities, promotes healthy development and healthy behaviors across life stages, creates social and physical environments that promote good health, with interventions to include but not limited too: activities that influence health in areas of public influences as in Housing, Food and nutrition, In-school and outdoor education,Transportation, The workplace and Your “environment.” Look Ma, its “Shangri La” , we no longer are a Republic but a Totalitarian Government with Stakeholders ruling to what we can or cannot do! George Orwell must have had a crystal ball.

Some of the members are doctors; however, the majority are Stakeholders who are advisers giving guidance to the National Prevention Council. To What Cost is this Agenda Sustainable 21 Program? This group of the Presidents choosing individual intend to promote, for the rest of us, a “sustainable healthy lifestyle,” as we now have no voice or say so! How is that our government is now going to dictate how we live and conduct our lives in a manner that meets with their approval? Last I looked, we were the Republic to Which We Stand! If Obama wishes to dictate, move to Africa, I hear Libya maybe looking for a new Leader.
How is this group going to police these implementations of our Freedom? A Secret Police? The Health People Plan 2020 is going to initiate the “Eliminate of health disparities.” How is that exactly? How can they force a reduction in death, disease, and disability, in the United States? Internment Camps, come to mind but not here in America, well not since WWII and the Japanese. Partnership for Sustainable Communities (part of this National Prevention Strategy) “helps improve access to affordable housing and transportation options and reduce transportation costs while protecting the environment in communities throughout the country.” Again that word Sustainable, promoting “equitable development,” another code word for re-distribution of wealth; is that not found in the Karl Marx Doctrine? A equal social justice through stakeholders with participants working for the good of the state; Hail Mother Russia! Funny how it reeks of communism and now that NASA is about scraped, we are paying the Russians somewhere around 50 to 75 million dollars per Astronaut to fly to the Space Station. Well, we are then redistributing our wealth, are we not?
The most blatant Agenda 21 item of this National Prevention Strategy that has nothing to do with health is the Department of Interior’s America Great Outdoors Initiative, which supports a “grassroots approach to protecting our lands and waters. This is where the Rural Council comes in, Catch Shares, Coastal Spatial Planning, Marine Spatial Planning, Sector separation and the privatization of our waterways to oceans. All of this under a Health Plan? Talk about earmarks, no wonder the media cannot find anything. First they would have to work in finding it and then get Obama's permission to print it; What crap our country is in, we need someone willing to stand up and say “NO MORE!” I am, and who knows, the way the government is forming secret governments with in governments, I might disappear from a visit from Homeland Security, as a subversive; when all I want to do is keep our country into the Free Press, Freedom of Speech, Respect of the Constitution and our Bill of Rights to which our Republic stands! How can it be that we, Americans are now going to be subject to a strategy that was never put to a vote or referendum? Demand this question to your Representatives and Senators. Ask why they never were told and if they knew, what did they do to try and prevent its happening? They work for you, not the other-way around! Agenda 21's National Coordinating Body, is the President’s Council on Sustainable Development (PCSD); ask your Congressman his feelings on this duping of America. The U.S. Constitution requires that consensus on public policy be brought out in public by elected officials, not by 28 appointed individuals, carefully selected because of their known support of the principles expressed in Agenda 21. This UN description of the PCSD is found in a section of the report entitled “Integrated Decision-making,” also known as the “consensus” process. Believe me, Obama may be smart but not that smart and any elected who by-passes the Constitution and us, We the People, is a traitor and as Benedict Arnold, must be dealt with in a swift blow by Congressional means in either evoking the 25th Amendment or Impeachment, as to all of the Conspirators. A FLAT SCAN? Obama's Hawaiian birth...
A FLAT SCAN?

The Long Form revisited...
Several months ago the “Long Form” of President Obama's Hawaiian birth certificate was released by the White House. I was asked at the time to look at the document by a friend who is a Rabbi in a Long Island Synagogue.
The document was provided to the public in what's called Portable Document Format, or PDF for short. I was somewhat surprised by the use of this format, which is a universal file format used for normal documents, and rarely – except under certain manufacturing processes, be used for a scanned image. Scanned images are normally in a format known as “Bitmaps”. Use of PDF files for scans isn't normal, but it certainly isn't impossible to have been used, so my initial reaction was that someone saved the file incorrectly. Not normal workflow, but no big deal.
I was asked to open the document in Adobe Illustrator. Illustrator is a drawing program, not an imaging program. Although it can be used to handle and may contain “bitmap” images, it's used for complex line drawings, logos, and other images that may require extremely large output.
That said, Illustrator is often used by designers and “prepress” professionals to open and/or modify PDF documents. It has the ability to open them, and if typefaces are available, change text. There was no text in any editable form within the Long Form I analyzed. The Long Form in question had been opened in Adobe Illustrator by my friend's son. It makes sense to open PDF files in Illustrator if one wants to see what they're made of, so to speak.
Upon opening the file, there was an immediate blaring element: Layers. Layers are components of a single document that are essentially transparent in their created state. Drawing elements – be they type, lines, strokes, pictures (hence the use of bitmaps within a “vector” or mathematically-defined digital image/drawing), and even videos laid onto those layers “stack” onto underlying layers.
Upon further examination, I discovered that each of the layers contained an element known as a “Clipping Mask”. Clipping masks are used to isolate an element from its surroundings. A good analogy would be an image where a girl with long hair was standing in the breeze in front of a gas station and junky cars. The image – and the woman – are beautiful. Except for the rusted Ford Falcon in the background. To isolate and “silhouette” her hair, and place her on the beaches of Jamaica, one would use “Clipping Masks”. They would allow one Layer to contain the girl's hair, and the other the beaches. The edges of the wind-blown hair would merge softly into the background.
Amazed by the existence of clipping masks in what should have been a “flat” (layerless) image, I questioned why it was done as a PDF file, why it had Clipping masks on individual layers, and additional things that quite frankly should not have been contained in a scan of a birth certificate for distribution on the Internet to people interested in seeing the original.
In the first post on this blog, I said that Clipping Masks could never be generated by simply clicking the “Scan” button is incorrect. Layers can be generated if you apply Optical character recognition software to the process.

That said, clipping masks were not the only issue with the original PDF file supplied by the White House. There were more:
Most noticeable was a pattern in what appears to be standard ledger paper. The pattern on the “original” document is surrounded by a contiguous pattern identical to that on the Long Form itself. Scanners have white plastic behind the scanned document; not patterns identical to 1961 ledger paper. You would have had to put an identical piece of paper behind the original Long Form to create such a background pattern. The alignment to match the lines perfectly – as seen in the supplied Long Form – would be near impossible by hand. The resolution of the surrounding pattern is also – on careful examination – different than the ledger paper on the Long Form.
Bitmap vs Letterpress images in Characters on the document: Some of the letters are very soft, while others are very jagged. All the characters on the page should look the same, and would if the scan was done using normal accepted workflows. Letter-press – letters created by a metal arm striking (physically) the surface of paper results in soft edges on the characters – all look soft. The fact that there are some “hard edged” characters on the document and some soft letters on the document is evidence that some of the letters were processed differently. There is no telling whether it was done by software or by human intervention.
Kerning. There are indications of a technique called Kerning. Kerning is the alteration of the horizontal space between letters. Old typewriters provided exactly the same horizontal space for each letter of the alphabet. An example is the Capital Letter “T” and its common companion the lower-case “o”. Old typewriters were unable to “tuck” the lower-case “o” underneath the “cap” of the letter “T”. As such:

Typewriters in 1961 could not tuck the “o” under the “T”. Certainly not the typewriter in the place this birth certificate was generated.
In conclusion, I cannot say that the document is a forgery or that conditions could not have generated clipping masks in the PDF file I originally saw from the White House. Equally important, however, nobody could say it was an original. To do so, one would have to see a scan unaltered by the OCR process and resultant clipping masks, without a contiguous pattern and one without kerning (or evidence that the typewriter used to generate that Long Form had kerning capabilities).
The reality is that clipping masks are commonly used not to scan a document for preview or printing, but to merge or compose one or more images. It is – in my opinion and my opinion only – a document that was, in fact, merged from several originals.
In closing...
I never intended to become part of a technical argument or what some people believe is a conspiracy theory. My position at this point is that the document I analyzed is beyond being argued about. It contains discrepancies that could easily be resolved.
What is needed are ten-or-twelve flat scans. With this one in the middle of the pile. All done at 2400 dpi and without the intervention of any additional software. It's a simple request, and if the “birther” issue was one high on my agenda, I would make it myself. But the issue is one for much smarter and more dedicated minds then mine. I will vote the right way in November, and work to impress on our citizenry the importance of the Constitution of the United States of America.

The Long Form revisited...
Several months ago the “Long Form” of President Obama's Hawaiian birth certificate was released by the White House. I was asked at the time to look at the document by a friend who is a Rabbi in a Long Island Synagogue.
The document was provided to the public in what's called Portable Document Format, or PDF for short. I was somewhat surprised by the use of this format, which is a universal file format used for normal documents, and rarely – except under certain manufacturing processes, be used for a scanned image. Scanned images are normally in a format known as “Bitmaps”. Use of PDF files for scans isn't normal, but it certainly isn't impossible to have been used, so my initial reaction was that someone saved the file incorrectly. Not normal workflow, but no big deal.
I was asked to open the document in Adobe Illustrator. Illustrator is a drawing program, not an imaging program. Although it can be used to handle and may contain “bitmap” images, it's used for complex line drawings, logos, and other images that may require extremely large output.
That said, Illustrator is often used by designers and “prepress” professionals to open and/or modify PDF documents. It has the ability to open them, and if typefaces are available, change text. There was no text in any editable form within the Long Form I analyzed. The Long Form in question had been opened in Adobe Illustrator by my friend's son. It makes sense to open PDF files in Illustrator if one wants to see what they're made of, so to speak.
Upon opening the file, there was an immediate blaring element: Layers. Layers are components of a single document that are essentially transparent in their created state. Drawing elements – be they type, lines, strokes, pictures (hence the use of bitmaps within a “vector” or mathematically-defined digital image/drawing), and even videos laid onto those layers “stack” onto underlying layers.
Upon further examination, I discovered that each of the layers contained an element known as a “Clipping Mask”. Clipping masks are used to isolate an element from its surroundings. A good analogy would be an image where a girl with long hair was standing in the breeze in front of a gas station and junky cars. The image – and the woman – are beautiful. Except for the rusted Ford Falcon in the background. To isolate and “silhouette” her hair, and place her on the beaches of Jamaica, one would use “Clipping Masks”. They would allow one Layer to contain the girl's hair, and the other the beaches. The edges of the wind-blown hair would merge softly into the background.
Amazed by the existence of clipping masks in what should have been a “flat” (layerless) image, I questioned why it was done as a PDF file, why it had Clipping masks on individual layers, and additional things that quite frankly should not have been contained in a scan of a birth certificate for distribution on the Internet to people interested in seeing the original.
In the first post on this blog, I said that Clipping Masks could never be generated by simply clicking the “Scan” button is incorrect. Layers can be generated if you apply Optical character recognition software to the process.

Our original query, was proven wrong in the software used but not that the Birth Certificate is a forgery, which it is a fake. The President, along with either well paid media or paid off have now chosen to call people nut jobs, if they continue down this path; why is that? We have asked for a copy of the Birth Certificate under the FOIA in that we wish an image or photograph of 2400 resolution, "Flat Screen" scan, with nobody getting between the glass and the birth certificate. This will put it to bed; one way or the other. Will they, the White House comply? Time will tell but remember, we will not go away and 2012 is still a ways off, so it would be in the best interest of President Obama to comply with our request. PROOF: the Birth Certificate is a FORGERY
PROOF OF FORGERY!
No race-bait here, just pure unadulterated facts, that if President Obama's Birth Certificate is real, why was or were there no signs of flattening in its form on the produced document in question. The birth certificate produced, thanks to Donald Trump in his demanding there of, is proof of forgery, thanks not to the usual antonymous tip from a reliable source but from an expert who has over twenty-five years in working with Adobe and Acrobat files. His company has produced over 40 books on the subject, to which he has penned enough information on “How To” with such software, “I could have done a much better replica myself, if the President had asked. The guy that did this is a bimbo in that he forgot to “Flatten” his works to soften the background edges so the fake letters blended, softly into the green paper.”
A true Tea Party believer, Gary Poyssick, as I, to which there is no prejudice with in either of us, as the only thing I am prejudice about is ignorance and trying to “Dupe” the public is pretty low, on my standard scale. Mr. Poyssick, my Publisher, The Online Fisherman, stands firmly behind his beliefs, as I do, that the certificate is a phony and through careful analysis, of the layers of this document in question; the pretty green paper, with overtones of a treasonous act; trying to fool the American People, is an outwardly blatant lie. Mr. Poyssick is even prepared to go to court, if necessary, in proving this document, President Obama Birth Certificate, is a true, on its own standing, a proof of a forgery! In Gary's words again, an “Absolute, Oprah-proof
proof.”
Teamed up with, another reliable source, who wishes to remain unmentioned, unless needed in court, an expert in the field of working with “Halo” imagines and scan flat pixel imagery software, the two forensic imaging experts slowly started dissecting the Presidents “Original Birth Certificate”.
Seventeen layers to this puzzle, to which who ever did the handy work, was good but not good enough. The world's jails are full of those who felt it was the perfect crime, but if it was so perfect, why are they incarcerated? Whom ever did this almost a masterpiece, could not have expected another of higher caliber to look at it in a glance to notice, something was wrong. The "Layering" and "Feathering" were done to a perfection but the "Flattening" process was missing; the give away. Without any forethought that it was a fake, at a closer look he could see that it was a true fake!
Upon dismantling the document, Gary found a number of flaws because the document in question appeared not to be melded together and it was a layered document; a technology that has only been around for about 5 years, so how could the Birth Certificate be real? Opening the primary layer, he found more layers, “Grouped” and “Clipped” layers. He then began taking apart the document in question. Using the same software in creating this fake, Gary turned off the Clipped Group Images and what should have been ink, disappears from the paper and instead one sees fathom images, the white stuff. There is no white on a green parchment paper, no mater how much one could erase from the paper, it is green through and through. It is not like it was a green piece of paper glued to a white one?
This shows that the images of the document are a digital forgery because the software used in producing this document, did not exist when the man was born. Something is amiss here and who is Barrack Hussein Obama? The best for last, with a twisting of our tools, to uncover the truth.
The total truth of the falsity of the birth certificate, provided to us is that the ink on the paper, does not cause white to appear around the text itself and the bitmapped pixels surrounding the unnatural white spots, on what was green paper, are not the flow of natural ink; not to mention why is it white instead of green, the color of the paper? If the document had been “Flattened” in the first place, Gary Poyssick would probably had never noticed but he did and to get a better understanding of the Proof the Birth Certificate is a Forgery, please read Gary Poyssick's piece, in laymen terms, so as you all can too see how the Commander in Chief of the United States of America, has tried to give us all a Micky.
Proof the Birth Certificate is a Forgery
I, Gary Poyssick, have been involved with digital imagery since prior to Adobe – the developers of Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Acrobat, and many other digital imaging and communications applications for more than 25 years, and was co-author of the second title on Adobe Press, a book called Workflow Re-engineering. I am considered an expert in the field.
The following discussion concerns a supposed copy of President Barack Obama's birth certificate – the so-called “Long Form” he indicated was provided by the State of Hawaii. I personally downloaded the PDF file from http://www.nctimes.com/pdf_3b9de6e8-7127-11e0-9b7d-001cc4c03286.html.
When downloaded and viewed in a browser, the document appears fine.
Since the 1980's, Adobe has provided the communications world a “universal” file form known as Acrobat Portable Document Format, or PDF. The document provided was in PDF format. Acrobat PDF format can be opened and edited by many other programs, including illustration and imaging programs such as Adobe's Illustrator and Adobe's Photoshop programs. It is the opinion of the author that both applications were utilized in the creation of the document in question.
Layers
The first evidence that the document is not a scan of an original document – or more accurately is a digital composition of actual older birth certificates from the State of Hawaii, but not the one it appears to be at first glance – is the existence in the PDF document of Layers.
Layers are best imagined as a clear piece of plastic – acetate to be exact – that is laid on one “page” to place a different object above the original (bottom) image/layer. Here we can see a gray piece of paper. The outside marks are called “Crop Marks” and represent the cuts to be made resulting in the final page size. Most print jobs are printed originally on larger pieces of paper, and cut to their final size.

Now let's imagine another piece of material. This one is clear plastic. But on the clear plastic is a colored circle. We want to place the colored circle on top of the gray paper. The paper is “Layer 1”, and the clear plastic carrying the colored circle is “Layer 2”.
To produce a finished gray page with a pink circle on it, we put Layer 2 on top of Layer 1. The finished piece appears to be a gray page with a pink circle printed on it, but in fact is two pieces of paper.
To “soften” the edges of the hard pink circle, I might “Feather” the edges. This technique is commonly used to merge two-or-more originals together – to give the impression that one image was the sole source of the visual. It is a common practice.
The result of the “Feathering” technique is a soft edge – where one color slowly shifts hue levels until it turns into the background gray (in this case; the hue-shift is dependent on the original pixel content values).
Layers in a Scanned Document
When a document is scanned, it does not create layers. Layers are created – can only be created – in one of two ways:
1. With acetate – clear plastic layered by hand
2. Digitally: Layers are commonly used in the creation of digital imagery.
A scanner creates a “Bitmap” image. A bitmap image is essentially a one-dimensional grid. It is measured in pixels, and a scanned image is typically broken into grids ranging from 150 pixels-per-inch to as much as 300 pixels-per-inch, depending on the finished product. Images scanned for high-resolution color magazines require a higher resolution than faxes, for example. Grayscale images require less data space than color images, which also has an impact on the resolution.
But resolution defines the quality of the scan. It does not add dimensionality to the document. Layers are multiple pages laid on top of each other. An analogy would be a scan of a man with a hat. You could not take the hat off the man without editing the actual pixels; the hair isn't actually underneath the scanned hat. You could theoretically take hair from another image and layer it on top of an original (with the hat) image, but the original pixels do not contain the hair. It's just not there.
Layers exist in the Obama Birth Certificate
The scanned Birth Certificate for President Obama has more than one dimension. It could not have been produced as is by a scanner. In this image – when first opened in Adobe Illustrator, the PDF document shows a layer called “Layer 1”)
The Document has been Digitally Altered
When Layer 1 is opened, it reveals a number of “Sub Layers”. Each of them contains an individual component that shows in the final document. An actual scanned document cannot contain such sublayers. They cannot be produced on any existing scanner technology, since scanners are one-dimensional; they can't scan underneath the document on the glass. An equivalent technology would allow you to lay a pile of twelve documents on a single stack on your scanner, and the resultant document would be in one file with each page transparent on top of each other. As layers. To produce the document that I downloaded, some number of originals were combined digitally.
Turning off the layers are revealing some (little) original ink
Each “sub layer” displays an “Eye” icon on the left. Turning off the layers on the document reveals alterations to the originally scanned document (which I feel was another birth certificate) resulting in white spaces where letters are either (now) replaced, or not replaced.
Upon closer examination (increased “Zoom” levels), it becomes appearant that an original document was used; some of the letters remain. There aren't many, but you can see from their softened edges that they are the original ink. Ink pressed on paper makes a soft edge; not a sharp, jagged, or “bitmapped” edge as you'll see in additional images below.
Turning off the sublayers results in blank holes showing. These holes are evident of the softening technique called “Feathering” and another called “Clipping Masks” – where one shape is used to create a shape that erases, or hides, or deletes the pixels in lower layers. Here we can see an original (If, blank space, more blank space, and an 'h'. The vertical height of the 'h' is identical to the horizontal line in the 'f' to the left.
When the appropriate sub-layer is turned on (the Eye icon is activated), some letters appear where before there was soft white space. If the paper was originally green, and a typewriter key was struck, the physical impact of the character on the paper would not delete or eliminate or soften the hole in the green paper. The paper wasn't colored green; it's colored stock. Or appears to be. It it's not a forgery, and has never been altered digitally, where is the white paper coming from?
Soft letters are original, hard letters are digital.
Notice that the black ink – which appears only when the unnatural layer is activated – is hard-edged. Typewriters don't produce bitmapped type like this. It appears to have been scanned, and dropped into this document. The edges are caused by poor use of resolution. A real expert would have created a much better forgery. I would have.
Conclusion
The document is a forgery. It was created from some number – more than one – original birth certificates from Hawaii. In an attempt to hide the fact that it was digitally created, old letters from a typed document were found and placed on top of the original scanned document.
The original document was a birth certificate.
Scanners are incapable of producing “layers”
Layers can only be produced manually (with acetate) or digitally.
The document contains layers.
The layers contain letters that together display what should be a single page
The document was created digitally
A process known as “Flattening”, which would have eliminated the layers and made them much more acceptable as an original, was failed to be executed.

Mr. Poyssick, my Publisher, The Online Fisherman, stands firmly behind his beliefs, as I do, that the certificate is a phony and through careful analysis, of the layers of this document in question; the pretty green paper, with overtones of a treasonous act; trying to fool the American People, is an outwardly blatant lie. Mr. Poyssick is even prepared to go to court, if necessary, in proving this document, President Obama Birth Certificate, is a true, on its own standing, a proof of a forgery! Teamed up with, another reliable source, who wishes to remain unmentioned, unless needed in court, an expert in the field of working with “Halo” imagines and scan flat pixel imagery software, the two forensic imaging experts slowly started dissecting the Presidents “Original Birth Certificate”.
Seventeen layers to this puzzle, to which who ever did the handy work, was good but not good enough. The world's jails are full of those who felt it was the perfect crime, but if it was so perfect, why are they incarcerated? Whom ever did this almost a masterpiece, could not have expected another of higher caliber to look at it in a glance to notice, something was wrong. The "Layering" and "Feathering" were done to a perfection but the "Flattening" process was missing; the give away. Without any forethought that it was a fake, at a closer look he could see that it was a true fake!
Upon dismantling the document, Gary found a number of flaws because the document in question appeared not to be melded together and it was a layered document; a technology that has only been around for about 5 years, so how could the Birth Certificate be real? Opening the primary layer, he found more layers, “Grouped” and “Clipped” layers. He then began taking apart the document in question. Using the same software in creating this fake, Gary turned off the Clipped Group Images and what should have been ink, disappears from the paper and instead one sees fathom images, the white stuff. There is no white on a green parchment paper, no mater how much one could erase from the paper, it is green through and through. It is not like it was a green piece of paper glued to a white one?
This shows that the images of the document are a digital forgery because the software used in producing this document, did not exist when the man was born. Something is amiss here and who is Barrack Hussein Obama? The best for last, with a twisting of our tools, to uncover the truth.
The total truth of the falsity of the birth certificate, provided to us is that the ink on the paper, does not cause white to appear around the text itself and the bitmapped pixels surrounding the unnatural white spots, on what was green paper, are not the flow of natural ink; not to mention why is it white instead of green, the color of the paper? Proof the Birth Certificate is a Forgery
I, Gary Poyssick, have been involved with digital imagery since prior to Adobe – the developers of Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Acrobat, and many other digital imaging and communications applications for more than 25 years, and was co-author of the second title on Adobe Press, a book called Workflow Re-engineering. I am considered an expert in the field.
The following discussion concerns a supposed copy of President Barack Obama's birth certificate – the so-called “Long Form” he indicated was provided by the State of Hawaii. I personally downloaded the PDF file from http://www.nctimes.com/pdf_3b9de6e8-7127-11e0-9b7d-001cc4c03286.html.
When downloaded and viewed in a browser, the document appears fine.
Since the 1980's, Adobe has provided the communications world a “universal” file form known as Acrobat Portable Document Format, or PDF. The document provided was in PDF format. Acrobat PDF format can be opened and edited by many other programs, including illustration and imaging programs such as Adobe's Illustrator and Adobe's Photoshop programs. It is the opinion of the author that both applications were utilized in the creation of the document in question.
Layers
The first evidence that the document is not a scan of an original document – or more accurately is a digital composition of actual older birth certificates from the State of Hawaii, but not the one it appears to be at first glance – is the existence in the PDF document of Layers.
Layers are best imagined as a clear piece of plastic – acetate to be exact – that is laid on one “page” to place a different object above the original (bottom) image/layer. Here we can see a gray piece of paper. The outside marks are called “Crop Marks” and represent the cuts to be made resulting in the final page size. Most print jobs are printed originally on larger pieces of paper, and cut to their final size.
Now let's imagine another piece of material. This one is clear plastic. But on the clear plastic is a colored circle. We want to place the colored circle on top of the gray paper. The paper is “Layer 1”, and the clear plastic carrying the colored circle is “Layer 2”.
To produce a finished gray page with a pink circle on it, we put Layer 2 on top of Layer 1. The finished piece appears to be a gray page with a pink circle printed on it, but in fact is two pieces of paper.
To “soften” the edges of the hard pink circle, I might “Feather” the edges. This technique is commonly used to merge two-or-more originals together – to give the impression that one image was the sole source of the visual. It is a common practice.
The result of the “Feathering” technique is a soft edge – where one color slowly shifts hue levels until it turns into the background gray (in this case; the hue-shift is dependent on the original pixel content values).
Layers in a Scanned Document
When a document is scanned, it does not create layers. Layers are created – can only be created – in one of two ways:
1. With acetate – clear plastic layered by hand
2. Digitally: Layers are commonly used in the creation of digital imagery.
A scanner creates a “Bitmap” image. A bitmap image is essentially a one-dimensional grid. It is measured in pixels, and a scanned image is typically broken into grids ranging from 150 pixels-per-inch to as much as 300 pixels-per-inch, depending on the finished product. Images scanned for high-resolution color magazines require a higher resolution than faxes, for example. Grayscale images require less data space than color images, which also has an impact on the resolution.
But resolution defines the quality of the scan. It does not add dimensionality to the document. Layers are multiple pages laid on top of each other. An analogy would be a scan of a man with a hat. You could not take the hat off the man without editing the actual pixels; the hair isn't actually underneath the scanned hat. You could theoretically take hair from another image and layer it on top of an original (with the hat) image, but the original pixels do not contain the hair. It's just not there.
Layers exist in the Obama Birth Certificate
The scanned Birth Certificate for President Obama has more than one dimension. It could not have been produced as is by a scanner. In this image – when first opened in Adobe Illustrator, the PDF document shows a layer called “Layer 1”)
The Document has been Digitally Altered
When Layer 1 is opened, it reveals a number of “Sub Layers”. Each of them contains an individual component that shows in the final document. An actual scanned document cannot contain such sublayers. They cannot be produced on any existing scanner technology, since scanners are one-dimensional; they can't scan underneath the document on the glass. An equivalent technology would allow you to lay a pile of twelve documents on a single stack on your scanner, and the resultant document would be in one file with each page transparent on top of each other. As layers. To produce the document that I downloaded, some number of originals were combined digitally.
Turning off the layers are revealing some (little) original ink
Each “sub layer” displays an “Eye” icon on the left. Turning off the layers on the document reveals alterations to the originally scanned document (which I feel was another birth certificate) resulting in white spaces where letters are either (now) replaced, or not replaced.
Upon closer examination (increased “Zoom” levels), it becomes appearant that an original document was used; some of the letters remain. There aren't many, but you can see from their softened edges that they are the original ink. Ink pressed on paper makes a soft edge; not a sharp, jagged, or “bitmapped” edge as you'll see in additional images below.
When the appropriate sub-layer is turned on (the Eye icon is activated), some letters appear where before there was soft white space. If the paper was originally green, and a typewriter key was struck, the physical impact of the character on the paper would not delete or eliminate or soften the hole in the green paper. The paper wasn't colored green; it's colored stock. Or appears to be. It it's not a forgery, and has never been altered digitally, where is the white paper coming from?
Soft letters are original, hard letters are digital.
Notice that the black ink – which appears only when the unnatural layer is activated – is hard-edged. Typewriters don't produce bitmapped type like this. It appears to have been scanned, and dropped into this document. The edges are caused by poor use of resolution. A real expert would have created a much better forgery. I would have.
Conclusion
The document is a forgery. It was created from some number – more than one – original birth certificates from Hawaii. In an attempt to hide the fact that it was digitally created, old letters from a typed document were found and placed on top of the original scanned document.
The original document was a birth certificate.
Scanners are incapable of producing “layers”
Layers can only be produced manually (with acetate) or digitally.
The document contains layers.
The layers contain letters that together display what should be a single page
The document was created digitally
A process known as “Flattening”, which would have eliminated the layers and made them much more acceptable as an original, was failed to be executed.

We need to restore constitutional government in America. Coming together in the blessing of liberty and about our nation's founding principles. We need leaders who understand the principles of limited government that made the United States so prosperous, not over burdening Czars, Councils and Federal rules to which bid the State to do it or else. Why the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution of the United States are the greatest charters of human liberty ever written, and are responsible for America quickly becoming the freest, most prosperous nation in human history; but not through lies can this happen as we must build our nation on the truths of life and learn from our mistakes.
