Welcome to: THE REPUBLIC TO WHICH I STAND

Saturday, October 30, 2010

I WROTE THIS; in October of 2010, LOOK HOW IT IS REFLECTIVE TODAY?

The Republic to which we stand...

Seal the Deal!
Built by an American, for Americans;
Getting back with the Grassroots of
Americanism!
'We The People'
Welcome to:
THE REPUBLIC TO WHICH I STAND
Republican or Democrat are still Both Americans.
We must work to reduce the budget deficit, we must also reduce and recover erroneous payments made by federal agencies, we should hold Washington to be accountable and hold itself to the same standard of fiscal responsibility as you or I with our own personal checkbooks!

All Parties as individuals must Stop the Lies;

“Morality is personal as one can get. There is no such thing as a collective conscience, collective kindness, collective gentleness, collective freedom. To talk of social justice, social responsibility or a new world order, may be easy and make us feel good, but it does not absolve each of us from personal responsibilities”

Those to whom show disregard to lying and leading us down the garden path with promises that cannot or will not work need to be replaced with good people who will vote to repeal or replace Bills back to a results driven, free market reform to provide solutions to all of us, regardless of income levels and without default to our country.

The will Of The People must reclaim that to which has been taken from them! We need fresh ideas to consortium in seeing a future of our country in a vision of innovation and massive reform. The People are calling for a ‘well-balanced Government’. It is most important that we get the structure and the strategy right, in reforming our country Back To The People! It has always been a fight for freedom, one which many would take away but we can not nor will not let this happen on our march into this 21st century, holding our heads high with dignity, determination, innovative ideas and integrity showing a independence to our corner stone of our Republic to which we stand, one nation, indivisible to all.

Economic Security is what I want as well do all Americans.

We are on a renaissance to building a better future in Social Security Reform, Health Care, reformation within all Governments Federal to State, a better applied science and more data-based flexibility in our fishery management regulations,in keeping our fishing stocks healthy and being absolutely critical to accomplish this, we can’t base decisions on outdated science and abstracted to extremely poor methods. The current system used in collecting data with the Marine Recreational Fishing Statistical Survey not only falls short in achieving any goal, but it could take down our National and State fishing community by the year 2012. We need fairness and relief from flawed survey data now in order to make any recovery to both the fisheries and the anglers to whom depend on this. These are among our key goals.
Look to Join us soon!

RFA Addresses Extension in Saving Congressional Bills!

The future of Florida's offshore saltwater fisheries lays in the hands of time as it is ticking away to a point were angling could be closed indefinitely! In fact it could encompass the entire Atlantic Seaboard and Gulf of Mexico, as user groups such as the Recreational Fishing Alliance addresses Extension in Saving Congressional Bills, before they flounder, in an attempt to enact legislation that would prevent such from taking place. Without such extensions, data loose to No Fishing Here may occur across our part of the country!

Because of the changes to a fisheries law, the re-authorized Magnuson-Stevens Fishery Conservation and Management Act of 2006, where NOAA was hedging its bets with time and the language because they needed more time and, in law, its all about the language, not what it says; like in “The Art of Fishing.” In the Art of fishing, it is really not about fishing but how it is formulated but in our case of the Magnuson Act of 2006, it could open the doors up to frivolous lawsuits and all fishing could be shut down in both the Atlantic Ocean and the Gulf of Mexico! That leaves Florida, up the creek, without a paddle or fishing rods as there could be NO FISHING ALLOWED!

In a laymen term, NO FISHING ALLOWED!
There are two bills in the House of Representatives are to amend the Magnuson Act of 2006.
H.R. 2304 would "provide the necessary scientific information to properly implement annual catch limits."
H.R. 3061 would "extend the authorized time period for rebuilding of certain overfished fisheries" and is supported by the Recreational Fishing Alliance.

That equates out to a loose of $3.3 billion in retail sales in Florida along, as trickle down Economics shuts down tackle sales to fish sales all across the nation and as well, here at home in Florida; more unemployed to underemployed! All because of NOAA/NMFS and its altercations to the Magnuson Act. So when you here Dr. Jane Lubchenco's smart answer to vibrant coastal communities and sustainable fisheries, you too know know who's side she is on; the non-fishing groups! She would have you watch them at the aquarium and buy them from Vietnam in a global division of share-holders controlling the fish you once caught.

The closures are happening because of the Magnuson-Stevens Fishery Conservation and Management Act, which regulates fishing in federal waters. When the act was re-authorized in 2006, Congress mandated that annual catch limits, ( ACLs ), be determined for all 528 species of ocean fish caught in the fishing industry. Then these catch shares might prevent overfishing of the species or so was thought.

The problem is that, to come up with ACLs for all the specific species, NOAA Fisheries has to assess each of those fish populations and it has to be complete by January 1st. They procrastinated and suddenly realized time was running short. In a gesture to pull the proverbial rabbit, out of the hat, a number of revisions were set in place, like the wording to include the phrase “Best Available Science.” Another laymen term for: stretch the truth or a fisherman’s tale! Now, real data, can be supplemented by “Best Available Science.” Stock assessments were done for 119 species, and the rest were done either by “Best Available Science” or incomplete, as NOAA then blamed budget cuts and a lack of time in putting the agencies way behind on the remaining ACLs, which have that deadline of Jan. 1. They did receive a small budget cut but had they started the assessment period back in 2006, that would have been five years to complete the assignment. So with “Best Available Science” they almost completed the assignment with flawed data, which equates out to no data and thus the fishermen will suffer, as well sales related to saltwater fishing; which accounts for $5.7 billion in economic activity.

The Magnuson-Stevens Fishery Conservation and Management Act needs a revision to adjust to the times with nonobligatory phrases removed, fish user groups should be in charge of ACLs and Stake-Holders, NOAA and NMFS removed altogether from the equation. In Florida, our own FWC does and excellent job in regulating our fisheries and should continue to do so. As with such Organizations such as SGF, Snook & Gamefish Foundation and The Online Fisherman, to name a few, are lending a hand to the Florida Wildlife Commission in doing what is necessary to obtain the best numbers we can muster through real time counts of fish caught on the water. Real data, real numbers showing just what is happening in our fisheries, not “Best Guess” as has been noted in past occasions with the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) & National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) . You will notice NOAA is on FaceBook with lots of information, while NMFS too has a page but like the data it collects for NOAA, it is blank?

I could go on about the NMFS survey vessel collecting data on Red Snapper. As the Captain called over on the radio, to the Captain of the NOAA boat, out of St. Pete., Fl., asking why they were long-linning in 60 feet of water with no structure and a hard flat bottom? The Skipper of the NOAA/NMFS Research Vessel exclaimed; “I know that there are NO SNAPPER HERE but they do not care. They do not wish to fowl the line and want an easy quick trip! I mean what's the difference between 60 feet and one-hundred and sixty feet? The answer to that is FISH! Shortly after NOAA received its data from that trip and others, they closed down Red Snapper fishing because they could not find any so they must be overfished! Is that sound science to you? It is not to me! Either Replace Dr. Jane Lubchenco & staff with sound ethical scientists like Dr. Ray Hilborn or dump them from the equation altogether in letting each State Police its self-imposed laws! To use a sentence from Pew Trust, “Fishing targets must be more conservative than they have been in the past,” and this is true but only if it is guided by sound science, user groups representing fishermen, such as the FRA or the RFA and as Gary Poyssick states “explore, overturn, and rewrite the Magnuson. This time by user groups, not stockholders.”

The communistic manifesto of America; AGENDA 21

WE WILL WIN BACK WHAT HAS BEEN STOLEN FROM THEE! HEED THESE WORDS:
The truth shall set us free as a people and a nation again! All to whom worship our Stars & Stripes,it is bipartisan by nature, as Americans all are called upon to rid this nation of the creeping evil at our back door. Agenda 21 and to all that follow in its footsteps, in a running down of our beloved America, I say NO! You will not trample on our Bill of Rights, Constitution, ways to which we work and play. Dictation of our fisheries to fishing with our children will not be taken away; President or not; you will not trample on my rights as you already have the American People. Why do you lie? Has agenda 21 consumed your soul too?

Help us in our fight for the right to fish and live free in the land we call the United States of America. The media is afraid of it so much they refuse to talk about it and maybe it will just go away? Follow me as our leadership grows in the colors of Red, White and Blue.

Americans and the American news media are all but ignoring the shenanigans by those who worship at the altar of the United Nations. The big story these days is the conflict between the U.S. Congress and President Barack Obama over the proposed debt ceiling increase, cuts in spending and the Democrat Party's favorite activity: Raising taxes on the rich. The real problem, is with the media's coverage of this United Nations labyrinth known as Agenda 21. Created in 1992 and implemented in incremental actions by the U.N. and its supporters in the U.S., E.U., and other countries whose populations are eager to benefit from the work of others especially those enjoying success in the United States.

Congress never approved the implementation of Agenda 21 programs in education, economics, the environment and other areas and though other presidents have recognized this scurvy to a scorched earth policy, President Obama, at the end of the Lame Duck session of Congress in January, as all were going home, did the Senates job for them in ratifying the LOST Convention or as we know it Agenda 21 of the Land of the Sea Treaty!

Agenda 21's, International Council of Local Environmental Initiative, ICLEI, have made deals with local governments numbering upwards of 600 cities, towns across the USA now in a step that ignores the Constitution in that these cities have made a pact with the devil, so to speak, as cities to States may make no concessions with foreign governments what so ever. The Feds have ignored it too and they are found in contempt of the law of our land. Proponents of Agenda 21 are not limited too but these are the big boys at bat: billionaire George Soros has provided millions of dollars to ICLEI. Former Obama czar Van Jones' Green for All and the Tides Foundations' Apollo Alliance are also reportedly ICLEI contributors.

The truth is, Agenda 21 promotes European socialism that by its nature will infringe upon our freedoms and liberties. Most of its vague, lofty sounding phrases cause the average person's eyes to glaze over, making it easier to sneak into our communities. Phrases like GreenPrint, Sustainability, sustainable growth, sustainable environments and such that look to sound good until you look inside the box! As a radical environmental agenda, the U.N. wishes to change consumption patterns, including ownership of property and automobiles all the while, successfully promoting social justice. In the United States, the Agenda 21 National Coordinating Body is the President's Council on Sustainable Development (PCSD).

The U.S. Constitution requires that consensus on public policy be hammered out in public by elected officials, not by 28 appointed individuals, carefully selected because of their known support of the principles expressed in Agenda 21. This UN description of the PCSD is found in a section of the report entitled "Integrated Decision-making," also known as the "consensus" process. Just look at the Executive Orders Obama has passed without Congressional consent! Yet nobody talks about it, with the exception of I. As I stand here before you today and say NO TO AGENDA 21! The progressives laid the foundation for Agenda 21 in the 1960s when it became unlawful to pray in government schools. Now, as of this week, because it may offend the Hispanics of our country, these same progressives are trying to ban the US Flag from flying in schools to government buildings. If they do not like my stars and stripes to which my great, great, great uncle wrote “The Star Spangled Banner” they can leave!

Just as they crept into our schools, they used Magnuson-Stevens in its loop-holes in the upper Northwest in planning catch shares to sector separation on the salmon. Little by little, like the camel in A sop's fables, once the nose was in the tent, he took over the whole tent. I think it is time to cook the Camel! ...What do you think??? Sustainable Development in School Curriculum" is one of the 32 specific objectives of Agenda 21. This objective has been achieved in 63% of the participating nations, and in process in another 17%.

Education is a key ingredient in the transformation to a sustainable society. The UN Commission on Sustainable Development reports that in America, "the national strategy on education is prepared by the Department of Education and includes such programs as Goals 2000 and School to Work. Do you know that when our country is at its knees with the debt and default hanging overhead, President Obama recently offered 500 million dollars to any school to whom kicked out the ABC's and implemented Environmental Education as an alternative to regular studies K-12; with an Environmental Literacy test administered at the end of your schooling. Regardless of your grades, pass the Environment test and collect your reward of a H.S. Diploma? Part of the Environmental studies is on Marine Spatial Planning, Sector Separation and Catch Shares. Inquiring minds want to know! "EDF is now pulling all forces and funding to target the Gulf of Mexico as their model for catch shares. They view the Gulf as the prize and will stop at nothing to eliminate fishing and jobs."If all are taught this, a brain washing occurs to which one would no not the difference between freedom and the communistic manifesto of the fisheries.

Agenda 21 embraces virtually every aspect of human life; it is being implemented aggressively in the United States. Congress has never examined the totality of the Agenda. Instead, The ultimate objective of Agenda 21 is to establish "international norms" of personal behavior that are dictated by a handful of the world's enlightened elite, the councils, who believe they know best how people ought to live, fish and travel, therefore they should be allowed to tell people how it is, as indoctrinated in LOST, Agenda 21.

Gary Anderson; a right of center Modern Florida Whig Party, grassroots political action activist

 WAKE UP AMERICA!

I am a national, grassroots political action activist, who opposes those to whom would sell my country ts a thee for profit. I am in opposition to foundations representing profit over my countries environment in sharecropping schemes, like those being perpetrated by EDF, through feudal ideas in renting out our public oceans to surfs in making a buck; that is just bad fishing politics, that is crooked politics! The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration's (NOAA) National Catch Share Program is but a policy that endangers the fishing industry and in these tough economic times, many an angler are struggling to provide for themselves, their families, and their communities, without the extra burdens placed on them through catch shares and sector separation. In a time when jobs are tough to get and even tougher to find why in Gods name would a nation put so many on the streets of poverty in the name of saving the fish, when, in fact there are no fish to save and it is but a ploy to make monies on another' s misery. Problems invented by NOAA as a straw-mans argument, is designed to frighten the people and then through sanctions, allow heroic, rescuer-politicians to ascend to office and save the poor helpless masses from Eco-doom. Much akin to Jane Lubchenco's Catch Share program in that our fish needs to be saved, we rally and EDF to PEW save them but as an intelligent man knows, this is not real.

The public does not want catch shares, recreational charter boats do not want catch shares, the majority of commercial fishermen do not want catch shares, so why does EDF, PEW and NOAA support what KNOW BODY WANTS? Catch shares have been proven to skew fisheries toward industrial production, decrease job opportunities and wages for workers, and devastate coastal and fishing communities as they are now doing along our New England coastline. Just ask one of the two thirds of the boats sitting in the harbor why they cannot compete in feeding their families? They are not part of the program and have been cast aside like yesterdays newspaper. NOAA today, is asking for a bailout of one million dollars to fight against court challenges from fishermen and recreational organizations as the RFA or FRA but what about the displaced fisherman who is about to lose his house, car, family and be on the street. No bail out for him I guess, just get out because we are taking over your fish, your welfare and your lives and if they can do it here America, they can do it near a home where you live too! Stand up against such tyranny, help out our government in throwing out what is no longer needed. As President Obama said, We have to trim the budget and cut spending. Well, at earmaks to tax shelters, NOAA has close to 850 million plus the 54 million allotted to them. Gut the to following storms, they still can't get that right and put the trimmings back into social security. It is time to wake up people before our country is stolen from us and sold the the highest bidder! Gary Anderson
