FLORIDA NEEDS TO STEP UP TO THE PLATE IF IT WISHES TO BE A KEY STATE

According to the United States Supreme Court, Obama is ineligible to be the
President. That’s right, you read that correctly. The United States Supreme
Court has ruled that Obama is ineligible to serve as President.

It’s not that you haven’t been paying attention lately and yes, you can
be excused for missing the ruling as it came down, not in the last few days
but back in 1875.

This is the argument currently being made by the Liberty Legal Foundation.The Liberty Legal Foundation has filed not 1 but 2 lawsuits, one in Arizona
and the other in Tennessee neither of which have one single thing to do with
Obama’s birth certificate OR challenging whether or not Obama was born in
the United States.

There is no need for either in regard to these lawsuits.

At the core of this action is a simple request that Federal courts uphold the
Supreme Court ruling. Both lawsuits, and the Liberty Legal Foundation
promises there will be more, would render it impossible for the Democratic
National Committee to place Obama’s name on the 2012 ballot.

Well, the Commander in Chief pulled another fast one on the American Public in signing in his, 86th Executive Order under the guise of a Wiener, almost as if this was leaked out to put all eyes on the Wiener and not to his selling the USA down the river to Agenda 21!

Bells to Whistles should have gone up here in America when the phrase “sustainable rural communities” came up, instead the only rising article from mainstream media was about a Wiener. ICLEI, ever heard of it? It's just another way of saying, “sustainable rural communities” an Agenda 21 Convention within the LOST Convention also signed during the Lame Duck session, while nobody was watching. Thirty states are now encroached upon by Obama's Executive Order establishing the National Ocean Council for control over America's oceans, coastlines and the Great Lakes. Under this new council, states' coastal jurisdictions are subject to the United Nations' Law Of Sea Treaty (LOST) in this UN Agenda 21 program. America's oceans and coastlines have been broken into 9 regions that include the North East, Mid-Atlantic, South Atlantic, the Gulf Coast, West Coast, the Great Lakes, Alaska, the Pacific Islands (including Hawaii) and the Caribbean....
Because of the decades of difficulty that the collectivists have had trying to ratify the Law Of Sea Treaty (LOST), Obama snicked it in through the back door, by way of another Executive Order establishing the Council.
Because LOST is a treaty, Obama's Executive Order is not Constitutional as treaty ratification requires 2/3 approval from the Senate. Agenda 21 Convention on Biodiversity treaty of 1992 failed to pass Congress so it was executed through soft law and administratively on local levels, and Obama's Executive Order is a similar soft law tactic to enact the LOST treaty.

By the authority vested in me as President by the Constitution and the laws of the United States of America and in order to enhance Federal engagement with rural communities, it is hereby ordered as follows:
Section 1. Policy. Sixteen percent of the American population lives in rural counties. Strong, sustainable rural communities are essential to winning the future and ensuring American competitiveness in the years ahead. These communities supply our food, fiber, and energy, safeguard our natural resources, and are essential in the development of science and innovation. Though rural communities face numerous challenges, they also present enormous economic potential. The Federal Government has an important role to play in order to expand access to the capital necessary for economic growth, promote innovation, improve access to health care and education, and expand outdoor recreational activities on public lands.
To enhance the Federal Government's efforts to address the needs of rural America, this order establishes a council to better coordinate Federal programs and maximize the impact of Federal investment to promote economic prosperity and quality of life in our rural communities.
Sec. 2. Establishment. There is established a White House Rural Council (Council).
Sec. 3. Membership. (a) The Secretary of Agriculture shall serve as the Chair of the Council, which shall also include the heads of the following executive branch departments, agencies, and offices:
(1) the Department of the Treasury;
(2) the Department of Defense;
(3) the Department of Justice;
(4) the Department of the Interior;
(5) the Department of Commerce;
(6) the Department of Labor;
(7) the Department of Health and Human Services;
(8) the Department of Housing and Urban Development;
(9) the Department of Transportation;
(10) the Department of Energy;
(11) the Department of Education;
(12) the Department of Veterans Affairs;
(13) the Department of Homeland Security;
(14) the Environmental Protection Agency;
(15) the Federal Communications Commission;
(16) the Office of Management and Budget;
(17) the Office of Science and Technology Policy;
(18) the Office of National Drug Control Policy;
(19) the Council of Economic Advisers;
(20) the Domestic Policy Council;
(21) the National Economic Council;
(22) the Small Business Administration;
(23) the Council on Environmental Quality;
(24) the White House Office of Public Engagement and Intergovernmental Affairs;
(25) the White House Office of Cabinet Affairs; and such other executive branch departments, agencies, and offices as the President or the Secretary of Agriculture may, from time to time, designate.
(b) A member of the Council may designate, to perform the Council functions of the member, a senior-level official who is part of the member's department, agency, or office, and who is a full-time officer or employee of the Federal Government.
(c) The Department of Agriculture shall provide funding and administrative support for the Council to the extent permitted by law and within existing appropriations.
(d) The Council shall coordinate its policy development through the Domestic Policy Council and the National Economic Council.
Sec. 4. Mission and Function of the Council. The Council shall work across executive departments, agencies, and offices to coordinate development of policy recommendations to promote economic prosperity and quality of life in rural America, and shall coordinate my Administration's engagement with rural communities. The Council shall:
(a) make recommendations to the President, through the Director of the Domestic Policy Council and the Director of the National Economic Council, on streamlining and leveraging Federal investments in rural areas, where appropriate, to increase the impact of Federal dollars and create economic opportunities to improve the quality of life in rural America;
(b) coordinate and increase the effectiveness of Federal engagement with rural stakeholders, including agricultural organizations, small businesses, education and training institutions, health-care providers, telecommunications services providers, research and land grant institutions, law enforcement, State, local, and tribal governments, and nongovernmental organizations regarding the needs of rural America;
(c) coordinate Federal efforts directed toward the growth and development of geographic regions that encompass both urban and rural areas; and
(d) identify and facilitate rural economic opportunities associated with energy development, outdoor recreation, and other conservation related activities.
Sec. 5. General Provisions. (a) The heads of executive departments and agencies shall assist and provide information to the Council, consistent with applicable law, as may be necessary to carry out the functions of the Council. Each executive department and agency shall bear its own expense for participating in the Council. (b) Nothing in this order shall be construed to impair or otherwise affect:
(i) authority granted by law to an executive department, agency, or the head thereof; or
(ii) functions of the Director of the Office of Management and Budget relating to budgetary, administrative, or legislative proposals.
(c) This order shall be implemented consistent with applicable law and subject to the availability of appropriations.
(d) This order is not intended to, and does not, create any right or benefit, substantive or procedural, enforceable at law or in equity by any party against the United States, its departments, agencies, or entities, its officers, employees, or agents, or any other person.

The president can accomplish with a swipe of the pen what used to take an act of Congress and this is a scarey thought; “...with the stroke of a pen today, Congress was abolished by Executive Order.” Hm, wonder if our Lord Protector Obamanos has thought of that yet? Right now, Washington is buzzing with the rumors that Obama is planning to circumvent Congress enacting AMNESTY for ALL illegal aliens in the United States via Executive Orders and Administrative Directives, allowed by the President! This is the White Houses goal is to make Congress irrelevant by circumventing the Constitution. The practical effect of this trend is that America will increasingly have an elective dictatorship if citizens don't insist upon a return to a strict adherence to the U.S. Constitution. If we the American people, our local leaders, main-stream media and Congress do not wake up from Obama's entrancing powers, his presidential powers will be indistinguishable from what started it all in the first place, in which 13 Colonies rebelled in provoking the 1776 Declaration of Independence. Think about it? I'll be detained as a revolutionary because I am bulking his system and an an Exploratory Candidate for the US Senate 2012. Your phones and wireless devices can be tapped and listen to, at random and detain people indefinitely as "enemy combatants," denying them the right of Habitues Corpus (to challenge your detention in court). Are these really powers we want one President to have?
“What Happened to our “Checks & Balances?” President Obama has now signed into order some 17 Executive Orders; What good is Congress and what to do about it. First if it is unconstitutional, to why are we following like lambs to the slaughter? That is why I am looking into running, becoming part of a solution, not more of a problem! I wish to restore our constitutional liberty back to the "land of the free" and we as The People need to strip the President of powers he was never intended to have; Executive Orders. What is so hard or why would one not wish to produce your College Records or your Birth Certificate when running for a public office, unless you had something to hide? I had to furnish these documents, that were scrutinize by the press and my opponent when I last ran for public office.Nobody really cares if your degree is in Basket Weaving, just that if you say you have one in whatever, you can back it up. This is expected when in or running for a public office...your life is public. Do not like that? Then Quit or do not run in the first place. As far as a Birth Certificate is concerned, it is the LAW, and more than just an asking as to be the President of these United States of America, you must be born American on American soil. If this is so hard to do, not to worry because if you are playing Commander in Chief, it is to no avail, your replacement, upon producing his birth certificate will step into your shoes until 2012; Hello Mr. President Biden. According to The White House website, Joseph Robinette Biden, Jr., was born November 20, 1942, in Scranton, Pennsylvania, the first of four siblings. In 1953, the Biden family moved from Pennsylvania to Claymont, Delaware. He graduated from the University of Delaware and Syracuse Law School and served on the New Castle County Council. Then, at age 29, he became one of the youngest people ever elected to the United States Senate. That was simple and I'll bet it can be backed up before the wink of an eye. Impeachment Proceedings; President Obama steps to far over the line!

Keep Our Waters Open!

For two years I have been as patient as an oyster observing what is swirling around in our environmental waters from coast to coast. At some point with in these two years a bit of debris or sand became lodged under one of my folds of greatness and is now developing into a pearl, too which may or may not have imperfections but to either extent, I am opening up and shall speak my words of wisdom. My word is my bond and if I am found wrong, I respectfully will acknowledge such and graciously back away but if I am right; Fire and Brimstone passes before my lips as I am a Political Fishing Activist with The Online Fisherman dot com and the Environmental Right, as many of you know. Many times I write from my heart, The Political Sandbox, as now and the only reason behind it is to keep our waters open, free from foreign rule, free from restrictions that are not only unconstitutional but are illegal in nature and by law. Laws are passed through a process which usually includes a passage through Congressional means, not by the stroke of a pen as the Obama administration has done in letting NOAA rule our waterways through United Nations implementations. Impeachment Proceedings; of President Obama need to be looked into as he has stepped to far out of line through statements to the UN and issued formidably by The National Security Agency!

Then under a a couple of statements from the National Security Council by President Obama to form a bonding relationship to this new idea; “We want to be clear about the factors that have impeded effectiveness in the past. In order for collective action to be mobilized, the polarization that persists across region, race and religion will need too be replaced by a galvanizing sense of shared interests.” To me this sounds more like extreme left-winged socialism or Marxism in a pure and formidable foe. President Obama then further down through much to do about nothing American, made the statement to which President Barack Obama ought to be brought up on Impeachment Proceedings, for I did not approve this, nor did you but he did for us:”As one key effort in the sea domain, for example, we will pursue ratification of the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea.” to which, President Reagan, George Bush and George W. Bush all rejected on the muse it was too close to Communism belief and theory.

Now we are fighting Catch Share Programs, Sector Separation and illegal closers of fish based on flawed to old or make it up as you go along data. Commercial anglers have been fighting this for a while, as they saw it coming and were trying to stay ahead of the game but now it is swallowing them up and organizations like the RFA are coming to the rescue. Together we may Keep Our Waters Open! “Don't bet against us, the American Worker!” Black man speak with forked tong, promising jobs out of one side of his mouth and taking food off the table, with the lost Commercial Fishing industry on the other side of his plate. How dumb do they think we are? Apparently, pretty dumb as we are letting Sector Separation and Catch Shares happen on FALSE DATA. Though, I stand slightly corrected, they do have some data, years old and was never completed but it works for them, it works for Congress and when the President signs into law the LOST package; we really will be lost as this country will be no more.
