Going back to my scouting days, I thought this would be a wonderful insight and slight change to the format as of late. Many a leader in this country today could “Learn” from this film of this young man doing his Eagle Project. It takes authority and delegation in leading. This young man had an idea, formulated a plan and followed it through. Kudos to Harrison's Eagle Scout Project!
