A treacherous Act of Treason

This is one of the reasons I announced my intentions to Test the waters for US Senate FL., 2012 because The Presidents National Ocean Councils and the appointed Czars under NOAA/NMFS are putting hard working, law abiding citizens out of business in the name of United Nations rules and laws. Even though the President of the United States of America signed a treaty, without the 2/3 ratification of the US Senate, nobody has enough grit to call it a treacherous Act of Treason, to which it is! Now because of the treaty signage into law, unconstitutionally,Anglers across the country are out of work and countless millions of pounds of "Discards", dead fish, are dumped overboard in the name of conservation; when actually it is in the name of greed. If I were to be elected into the Senate, this Treaty would be reviewed and nullified to under go the process it should have in the first place but since The President did not trust the Senate or the process was too slow, he bypassed the whole process. If the President is still in the White House come next December, I will be screaming impeachment or at least invoke the 25th Amendment, before he signs that away too. The rules of conduct have not been applied here and thus the rulings under "Best Available Science" are illegal to unconstitutional. Why must we fisherman, too break the law? Until this is resolved constitutionally, I would follow the rules to laws of our Country before the signing of this document, LOST. If by going to jail is the order of the day because I followed my countries rules & laws; then so be it! I am an American and not a member of any standing to United Nations rules to conventions as they ALL ARE UNCONSTITUTIONAL!

 Below is one of our fellow anglers to which the thumb screws are being applied by NOAA/NMFS, the Councils and backed by President Obama and his National Ocean Council under the guise of Agenda 21.

My name is Chris McCaffity. I am a commercial snapper/grouper fisherman who has been offering simple solutions that would mitigate many of the SEVERE negative impacts associated with LAWS written by a bureaucrats that violate the Magnuson-Stevens Act. Fishermen have been forced to obey these laws through the barrel of a gun and threats of fines, seizure of our property, or even imprisonment. We pay the price for our obedience with our blood, treasure, and liberty. The gross incompetence of the bureaucrats who claim to have mismanaged almost every stock they control is rewarded with more money and power to rule us with an iron fist and the full weight of the federal government behind them.
Roy Crabtree is the SE Regional Administrator for the National Marine Fisheries Service and sits on the South Atlantic Fishery Management Council. He told me that if I did not like the way our fisheries are being managed, then I needed to take it up with Congress. I pray these Public Comments will find their way to every member of Congress. I pray these comments will soften the hearts of the fishery “managers” who seem to feel absolved of any personal responsibility for their actions that financially DEVASTATE our families, play key roles in the DEATHS of our fellow fishermen, and cause TONS of perfectly edible fish to be TORTURED to death and WASTED in the name of CONSERVATION! I PRAY the PUBLIC will STAND with me against the environmental “charities” and their bureaucrat puppets that threaten our God-given freedom.
I will be BOYCOTTING the December SAFMC meeting that will be held three hours away from the closest saltwater. This appears to be an attempt to disenfranchise a small minority group of American citizens. Many of us cannot afford to travel and stay at an expensive hotel since our businesses have been destroyed. I believe this is a passive aggressive ploy to restrict our freedom of speech. Will Congress allow unelected bureaucrats to violate our First Amendment Right to peacefully defend our God-given Rights to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness?
I previously mentioned how the laws written by unelected bureaucrats are enforced through the barrel of a gun and threats of heavy fines, seizure of property, or even imprisonment. The enforcement officers VIOLATE our Fourth Amendment Constitutional Rights as they ILLEGALLY search and seize our private property. A boat is considered a residence if it has a head and bunk. The CURTILAGE of that residence includes the ENTIRE vessel. Any WARRANT-LESS search or seizure of such vessels associated with anything other than safety violations (as ruled by the Supreme Court) is UNCONSTITUTIONAL!
EVERY member of Congress and EVERY unelected bureaucrat SWEARS an oath to uphold and defend the US Constitution against enemies foreign and domestic. Will Congress hold the domestic enemies of our Constitution accountable for their actions? Will our Senators and Representatives HONOR their oath?
The multiple layers of fishery bureaucracy are using tactics laid out in UN Agenda 21 which Congress recognized as a threat to our Nation’s sovereignty and to our Constitutional Rights. Congress refused to ratify that attack on our individual Liberty. Environmental “charities” have lobbied Congress and pressured bureaucrats to load environmental laws with Agenda 21 mandates like the Precautionary Principal. Every President that held office since Congress refused to ratify Agenda 21 has issued executive orders forcing these UN mandates on us. Will Congress do anything about these Presidential and bureaucratic actions that usurp their authority? Will the public realize what is happening before we lose 51% of our freedom?
I ask Congress to take these actions to help America’s fishermen and the seafood we harvest.
1. Give federal fishery permit holders the power to have final approval of any new regulation effecting their fishery with a 2/3 majority vote.
2. Give federal fishery permit holders the power to access ALL documents available to fishery “managers” and allow the permit holders to offer alternate management measures that follow ALL of the guidelines in the Magnuson-Stevens Act and use existing Total Allowable Catch numbers.
3. Set up an independent peer review panel to ensure that all past, present, and future management measures offered by fishery “managers” and permit holders abide by ALL of the Magnuson-Stevens Act mandates. Allow permit holders to offer alternatives to the past management measures that violate the MSA in any way or simply abolish them.
4. Give federal fishery permit holders the power to FIRE any fishery “manager” involved in their fishery with a 2/3 majority vote of no confidence and offer a replacement to be approved by the peer review panel and a 2/3 majority vote of the permit holders.
5. Create a federal data collection permit for every recreational and commercial fishery. Require all fishermen to purchase a twenty dollar permit for each federal fishery they participate in. Allocate those funds and 1% of the NMFS BILLION dollar annual budget to set up an independent data collection center. Require every permit holder to electronically report the fish they catch for each trip. The data collected should be used in independent stock assessments to support or refute the “Best Available Science” used by fishery “managers”. The data should also be used to PROPERLY manage the quotas with possession limits adjusted quarterly or after approximately 75% of a seasonal quota has been caught to levels that will fill the quotas without any long closures. The permit holders would have final approval of any adjustments with a 2/3 majority vote.
6. Set up a secure way for federal permit holders to cast these 2/3 majority votes electronically. This secure site could also be used to debate how we want to manage our fisheries. Any permit holder could offer their own management measures. We could have an open and honest debate and come to a compromise that follows ALL MSA mandates and can pass a 2/3 majority vote of the permit holders in the effected fishery.
7. Begin a full Congressional investigation into all levels of federal fishery bureaucracy. Their own stock assessments show they have grossly mismanaged almost every fishery they have controlled for decades. The evidence of corruption and abuse of power is mounting against the multiple layers of fishery bureaucracy every day. Congress set up the fishery bureaucracies to manage our fisheries for the benefit of all Americans and to insure that those public resources are healthy and sustainable for future generations. They have failed miserably. They have destroyed countless jobs. They have caused the deaths of many innocent fishermen. They have forced fishermen to discard millions of dead and dying fish to go to waste in the name of conservation. They have violated our Constitutional Rights as they force us to commit these atrocities. They have used UN mandates to strike down the freedom our Creator endowed us with and many brave American soldiers have defended with their lives. We could achieve the goals we should all have of healthy fisheries that can be responsibly harvested forever with very little waste without all of the Regulatory Discards, financial ruin, bloodshed, and loss of Liberty. We simply need to work together using SOUND SCIENCE, the slightest bit of COMMON SENSE, and remember the GOLDEN RULE.
The actions listed above would give fishermen a little more say in how we do our jobs and how our fisheries are managed while following ALL of the requirements Congress included in the reauthorized MSA. Roy Crabtree has publicly stated that the management measures they pass do not have to follow all of the mandates in the MSA. Will Congress allow these unelected bureaucrats to get away with blatantly refusing to follow the MSA mandates to limit waste, make efficient use of our resources, and promote fisherman’s safety at sea?
Please consider what Edmond Burke said. “Enforcing stupid laws is the essence or tyranny.” I argue that forcing fishermen to torture fish to death and waste them in the name of conservation is a perfect example of a STUPID law that promotes tyranny rather than liberty. Is the loss of liberty any less tragic if it is taken with “good” intentions by fellow Americans, rather than by foreign enemies? Will Congress allow unelected bureaucrats to continue enforcing STUPID laws on American citizens through the barrel of a gun and violations of our Constitutional Rights?
I have laid out plans in previous public statements about how we could limit waste and enhance our resources with things like Artificial Reefs that are the perfect union of aquaculture and commercially or recreation-ally harvested wild seafood. An aggressive Artificial Reef program would benefit the resource and fishermen while providing millions of people with access to delicious and nutritious wild caught seafood. I have also mentioned how the Saltonstall-Kennedy tax on imported seafood should be used to enhance our fisheries and promote the domestic supply of seafood. How are the funds being used now?
I would be happy to provide anyone reading this with copies of my previous public comments. I would also be extremely happy to testify before Congress during the investigation that I pray will begin before it is too late for the few remaining commercial fishermen who have suffered mightily as our fisheries have been grossly mismanaged.

Agenda 21 and all its components to include ICLEI in our cities and counties, to Catch Share initiatives involving Sector Separation, Coastal & Marine Spatial Planning and the implementation of all other United Nation protocols that relieve the American of the Freedoms to which we have fought and spilled blood for. Dues to the UN are unconstitutional as to which all protocols called for, in the treaty signed by Executive Order, Land of the Sea Treaty, LOST by President Obama earlier this year of our Lord 2011, are to unconstitutional as this treaty to and with the UN was NOT RATIFIED bu the US Senate, therefore making it nullified and void, Executive Order or not! By eliminating all aspects of Agenda 21, throughout Florida and the country, it will downsize bureaucratic government in additional rules to regulations and open our job market and bring new enterprises into the state in creating a business friendly market.

Rules and regulations of big government to banks that cannot fail are strangling our state in making it harder to purchase a new car to a new home. The Florida Legislature must come forward in making some bold statements to the nation in showing Florida will lead the way to a stronger nation. Bank fees in Florida must stop! Banks already make money off your money, why should they make more off the money you do not have extra to give them?

Here in Florida we have the DEP, Department of Environmental Protection, so why do we follow rules to regulations set forth by the EPA? We have our own protection and do not need a partnership in disasters. If the Federal Government wishes to ban the EPA, that is wonderful, less strangulation to small businesses but we, here in Florida must push our Florida Legislated group to press for State Sovereignty and end an era of dictatorship with the EPA.

Supporting an “idea” of creating a Florida Housing initiative, in that we have so many houses either in foreclosure or foreclosed on. With this bubble in houses sitting vacant, how could we allow those who want, to have, what we have; vacant houses? HUD is another failure gone wrong yet it still thrives and does nothing but impose more rules to regulations to those in need. There is no special mode of one size fits all. Yet, with HUD, a big governmental agency, it thrives while many a homeless in Florida are in need but do not fall with in their rules. Florida needs its own regulatory agency, not HUD, in that people could rent to own, sweat equity in fixing it up, to rentals in general. Why cannot the state work out a solution with the banks and put a roof over its peoples heads. Floridians have a vision, I have a vision and we together could make this happen.

Many are against the idea of “Drill baby Drill” off Florida's coast. I have respect for that but I too drive a car? Oil is a mainstay to the world from the plastic keyboard I am typing this on to the gasoline in my truck. Alternative fuels are being investigated and in some cases, used but oil at this time in our world is a mainstay, like it or not. Gas exploration is the new generation, as it is of a plenty but again one must drill to get it. If Florida is not to partake in passing State Sovereignty, oil exploration could happen with or with out our governments approval, as Agenda 21 kicks in, with LOST, as our State waters are now only three miles from shore and if say, Brazil wished to drill in Federal waters, it could and would off your Florida beaches. Florida needs to reject Agenda 21 and take our State waters back. If Florida were to get into the oil game, I would suggest the building of a new refinery at one or more of our deep-water ports. A refinery has not been built since the 1960's in the USA because of EPA rules and regulations. It is a gold mine waiting for somebody to strike it rich bring in jobs, jobs, jobs! To that, in Florida cheap prices at the pump and a new beginning.

In Florida we have the Florida Lottery. We have bingo halls in almost every city. We have gaming on reservation owned property. We have the dog tracks but we do not have open gaming or sports betting; Why is that? You cannot say, Florida does not want gambling, as we already have it. If we were to set a standard where a fair percentage went towards our homeless population and maybe, say, a fund in helping those in additional needs from medical to housing, why would we not allow more? It would mean construction jobs for the Gaming halls and hotels to roadways and maintenance. It would require servers, management, cooks, dealers, plumbers and on and on. A win, win with more jobs in Florida by Florida for Florida! On the other hand and food for thought, looking on the other side of the fence; Florida could probably generate more revenue by raising fees on license plates or increasing the sales tax by a penny or so, than through legalized gambling but I pay enough on my license plates and on my fixed income, do not want more taxes on my goods making my income smaller. I like the idea that thousands of jobs in the construction and service industries would be created, as I can think of a couple of people out of work where I live and I'll bet you can too.

Florida needs to step up to the plate with its internet sales, as other states have enacted this proposal, we too should consider this idea as it would expand our states coffers in more revenue; for every 10 percent of internet-only retail sales returned to Florida retailers (either through an internet sale or a sale at a physical store), total Florida retail sales will increase by between $2.8 billion and $3.1 billion by 2020 with an expected impact of 8,300 to 9,200 additional jobs. Expanding our immediate revenues between $449.6 million and $454 million in 2012. All of this in just making those online, in sales, to play by the same rules as bricks and mortar retailers. A tax Fairness rule is needed as it would encourage economic growth and foster job-creation in Florida while addressing the priorities the state needs in raising revenues. With additional revenues coming into the state coffers, the Florida Legislature and the Governor could then relieve the burdens of new business by offering lawmakers revenue-neutral options by eliminating the corporate income tax. More sales, more jobs, more incentives; Florida for Florida First, maybe the rest of the country could follow with such put through Congress too.

At anytime, anywhere, the President, while aboard Air Force 1, has full correspondence as well the capabilities to address the nation or the world at the touch of a button. We too, as Americans, with our Black Berries to I pads, laptops, whatever, too are connected to the world at the touch of a button. SO Why do Congressional Representatives have to travel to and fro in an attempt to run our country? Kind of archaic is it not, during this era in our lives of electronics! Think how much it would save us tax payers, if we were not paying for Room and Board to the renting of private jets to go to work, all while receiving a six figure salary? Sure, maybe for two weeks out of the year, a trip would be in order but the rest of the time; at home, tapping buttons on a very secure line!

And now that our Congress are tapping buttons on secure lines or not, they still work less than, in generalities, 140-160 days a year. A six figure salary for half a years work and this year, how hard are they actually working? I purpose that a ten percent or more salary reduction be in order for all of our Congress and the President. If the cuts start here, make them start at the steps to freedom; with the President & Congress! Making a statement the American people will applaud too.

Florida for Floridians! Nobody else is going to look after our affairs, so we better start now. I need your help in putting in a bid to run as the first third party on the ballot from our past, The Whig Party. Hence, I live in Florida so I am an ambassador of The Florida Whig Party and I implore you to donate no matter which party you are registered in because this is not about parties; just Florida and how it will effect you and I. These are but IDEAS! My friend and colleague, Captain Sid Preskitt, talks the truth in just what is really going on within our fisheries and the downsizing of our American Fisheries through United Nations protocols. Federal Policies signed in by "Executive Orders" to establish just who is allowed to fish in the commercial industry. We do need a trade policy that protects our fisheries from unfair trade practices, as well as from cheap imports from nations that don't abide by the same environmental standards we demand from our own fisheries. As important, we also need trade negotiators with the level of sophistication and competence to recognize differences in forms of government fisheries assistance -- between those leading to bad practices, such as overfishing, and those designed to help fisheries, such as with stock rebuilding or improving safety at sea. YOU CAN'T MAKE THIS STUFF UP FOLKS! THAT is why I keep saying throw out the United Nations, before they take it all away! Sounds good but...

100% managed as per Agenda 21.

 
 I don't necessarily think it's a good thing to be giddy about getting the blessings from your executioner allowing you to exist for the time being after they have done away with most of the others and have frog marched you up on the gallows.
 
Agenda 21 is the Plan for the 21st century to manage ALL human activity along the lines of Marxist/Socialist principals. The MSA already conforms to it as per the 1996 Sustainable Fishing Act and changes made in the re-authorizations.
 
The Precautionary Principal is item 15 of The Rio Declaration in Agenda 21. Dr. William Kenny points to its use as a "primary reason" for the red snapper closure in the SA region.
 
The American fishing industry has been demolished by being managed as per Agenda 21, Chapter 17 "Global Standards".
 
Results: industry down by approx. 70%, seafood imports up to 86%, Seafood trade deficit over $10 billion and climbing.
 
Of course, that was precisely the intent of Agenda 21 in the first place as articulated by the statement made by Maurice Strong, Chair of the UN enviro- conference where Agenda 21 was introduced in 1992  "...isn’t it our responsibility to bring about the collapse of the industrialized countries?"
 
In view of current economic conditions in Europe and the U.S. I would suppose it is Mr. Strong who is giddy at the success of the Agenda 21 policies that have been steadily implemented since 1993.
 
Would conditions be better if most of that $10 billion trade deficit were still in OUR economy?

 
If the American fishing industry is going to survive it will only be after returning it back to being managed by AMERICAN STANDARDS based on the liberty and free market principals that made this the greatest nation on the planet.

This treaty on “Biodiversity” was never ratified in the U.S. Senate back in 1994, when Dr. Michael Coffman showed this map on the Senate floor, just hours before LOST would have been signed into law. There is no abundance of mankind manipulating and growing out of control in America as 77 percent of our population lives in but 6 percent of Americas land mass, if you were to herd us together, as would happen when all our lands have been taken away through condemnation, as in Florida now. Land owners are losing their property through administrations, such as ICLEI, on the local level; through usages of Smart Growth, Open Space Programs and Greenlinning projects.

Karl Marx, writer of the Communist Manifesto stated “Abolition of Private Property” is a necessitate in controlling the populace and in equal rights for all; to which, the NGO's would invite you to believe. Though if you believe in America then the words of John Adams, a Whig also, sing out with, “Property must be secured or Liberty cannot exist!”

This is a call to arms folks, but not as of yet with violence to powder but through proper legislation and those willing to be the brunt to it! A revolution of the 21st Century against Agenda 21 and to all who support her ways. Remember when Dr. Coffman released the map to the Senate and they flat out threw it to the wall as non-American and a slap across Liberties face? Well, the same treaty was signed into Law, by Executive Order by President Obama this last January, without a peep from the media. The President of the United States of America, allowed a foreign power to now hold and control powers with in our boundaries. The United Nations are the property owners of this new America to which, nobody really complains. Why is that? The President overstepped his boundaries in bypassing the Senate, as they are they only body that can ratify a treaty. Remember though, the same, no changes, Land of the Sea Treaty, LOST, would have been most likely thrown out again but in a fear of not using the Constitution and laws given unto him, the President allowed you to lose your rights without even a reason why. If you do not wake up to this call to action; we soon could be surfs to the United Nations and the Constitution to Liberty will be but a faded memory to tell your grandchildren. When speaking to my friend -- the owner of this outstanding and often-controversial blog -- about our hope that Governor Rick Perry was the guy he seemed to be. That's a down-to-earth hard-core conservative protective of our individual rights.

This article from The American Thinker adds to Gary Anderson's concerns about Perry's long-standing support for NAFTA and letting Mexican trucks have free reign on American highways. Perhaps they can get a few thousand cartel members to participate in our President's dream of "Infrastructure" and "Shovel-ready" jobs. The only thing we needed shovels for was to dig the holes for the president's signs -- telling us that the trillion-dollar "stimulus" was at work. What a joke.

Back to Perry. Seems he has a good friend who is the man behind Sharia law being taught in Texas schools. Read the article and make up your own mind. The guy (and his lovely Palestinian wife) talked about in this article is a Jihad-compliant form of the Reverend Wright. We on the (seemingly sinking) Tea Party ship were concerned about Wright. We certainly need to be concerned about a guy named Grover Norquist. Again, we strongly suggest that you do your own research.

I will certainly not be supporting Perry until he makes a clear statement about his position on Agenda 21 and Mr. Norquist. Obama can certainly be judged by the people he associates with. We own our movement no less when it comes to potential candidates to give control of our country back to people who actually work for a living.

I think we need a real deficit reduction plan that must call for spending cuts. We need substantial deficit reductions being included in such a plan, for without that key factor, deficit reductions, we will have a negative outlook to the future. America cannot afford to borrow 44 cents of every dollar it spends on Agenda 21 items, awards and programs. It is time to trim the fat, not eat your cake and have it too.

You notice how NASA is gone today. Did you know it was part of the “sustainability space” plan of Agenda 21? The US Government has known about this for awhile, with Obama being the man to “Push the Button” in killing more American Jobs while handing it all over to the Russians and our new pagan ritual; the United Nations!

What happen to citizen-driven government? Why is it our own government holds their Cut, Cap, and Balance Act over our heads, when it was their problem to tackle years ago but through Americas favorite past time, procrastination, our Congressmen had better things to implement into law or to ignore the Executive Orders to which are sinking our country to that of the level of a third world country?

305 million Americans are now going to be subject to a strategy that was never put to a vote or referendum. In order to come up with a strategy, which would be done by real people, those who have an interest in (Dollars), Stakeholders and the public who hear of something just too good to be true; they say there is a sucker born every minute, a plan was put into place called the National Prevention Strategy. A comprehensive plan that enforces good health not just from quality medical care, “but also from clean air and water, safe outdoor spaces for physical activity, safe work-sites, healthy foods, violence-free environments and healthy homes. WOW! Utopia! The survey says, one of which I never saw and I spend many an hour watching the government, that over 240 website submissions to letters from dozen organizations, conveniently not named but trust me, why would I lie and submitted directly to the National Prevention Council and the Office of the Surgeon General, to form a consensus, without your approval or Congress, for that matter! The media was never informed and thus you were never told of what is a coming. Now, 305 million Americans are going to be subject to a strategy that was never put to a vote or referendum.
The documents length is of 125 pages with our favorite word; “Sustainability.” The National Prevention Strategy is a comprehensive plan that enforces Agenda 21 to its fullest extinct. The National Prevention Strategy also has a new initiative: the Healthy People 2020 Plan. This Healthy people 2020 initiative, Eliminate health disparities, promotes healthy development and healthy behaviors across life stages, creates social and physical environments that promote good health, with interventions to include but not limited too: activities that influence health in areas of public influences as in Housing, Food and nutrition, In-school and outdoor education,Transportation, The workplace and Your “environment.” Look Ma, its “Shangri La” , we no longer are a Republic but a Totalitarian Government with Stakeholders ruling to what we can or cannot do! With this Healthy people 2020 initiative, President Obama established an Advisory Group on January 26, 2011 when he appointed 13 people as members, adding two more members on April 8, 2011. Some of the members are doctors; however, the majority are Stakeholders who are advisers giving guidance to the National Prevention Council. With the exception of two, the members of the National Prevention Council are:

That is a lot of Hay,Greenbacks, bucks, money in a time when the President threatens older people and the disabled they might not get paid. Well why not either dissolve this lynch mob, or have them each contribute a portion of their pay? As I said, “We the People” never knew of this new program now law and shoved down our throats! To What Cost is this Agenda Sustainable 21 Program? This group of the Presidents choosing individual intend to promote, for the rest of us, a “sustainable healthy lifestyle,” as we now have no voice or say so! How is that our government is now going to dictate how we live and conduct our lives in a manner that meets with their approval? Last I looked, we were the Republic to Which We Stand! If Obama wishes to dictate, move to Africa, I hear Libya maybe looking for a new Leader.

How is this group going to police these implementations of our Freedom? A Secret Police? The Health People Plan 2020 is going to initiate the “Eliminate of health disparities.” How is that exactly? How can they force a reduction in death, disease, and disability, in the United States? Internment Camps, come to mind but not here in America, well not since WWII and the Japanese. Partnership for Sustainable Communities (part of this National Prevention Strategy) “helps improve access to affordable housing and transportation options and reduce transportation costs while protecting the environment in communities throughout the country.” Again that word Sustainable, promoting “equitable development,” another code word for re-distribution of wealth; is that not found in the Karl Marx Doctrine? A equal social justice through stakeholders with participants working for the good of the state; Hail Mother Russia! Funny how it reeks of communism and now that NASA is about scraped, we are paying the Russians somewhere around 50 to 75 million dollars per Astronaut to fly to the Space Station. Well, we are then redistributing our wealth, are we not?

The most blatant Agenda 21 item of this National Prevention Strategy that has nothing to do with health is the Department of Interior’s America Great Outdoors Initiative, which supports a “grassroots approach to protecting our lands and waters. This is where the Rural Council comes in, Catch Shares, Coastal Spatial Planning, Marine Spatial Planning, Sector separation and the privatization of our waterways to oceans. All of this under a Health Plan? Talk about earmarks, no wonder the media cannot find anything. First they would have to work in finding it and then get Obama's permission to print it; What crap our country is in, we need someone willing to stand up and say “NO MORE!” I am, and who knows, the way the government is forming secret governments with in governments, I might disappear from a visit from Homeland Security, as a subversive; when all I want to do is keep our country into the Free Press, Freedom of Speech, Respect of the Constitution and our Bill of Rights to which our Republic stands! How can it be that we, Americans are now going to be subject to a strategy that was never put to a vote or referendum? Demand this question to your Representatives and Senators. Ask why they never were told and if they knew, what did they do to try and prevent its happening? They work for you, not the other-way around! Agenda 21's National Coordinating Body, is the President’s Council on Sustainable Development (PCSD); ask your Congressman his feelings on this duping of America. The U.S. Constitution requires that consensus on public policy be brought out in public by elected officials, not by 28 appointed individuals, carefully selected because of their known support of the principles expressed in Agenda 21. This UN description of the PCSD is found in a section of the report entitled “Integrated Decision-making,” also known as the “consensus” process. Believe me, Obama may be smart but not that smart and any elected who by-passes the Constitution and us, We the People, is a traitor and as Benedict Arnold, must be dealt with in a swift blow by Congressional means in either evoking the 25th Amendment or Impeachment, as to all of the Conspirators. We should have impeached Obama the moment he bypassed the Senate and implemented the UNCLOS Treaty into law. Not letting the United States Senate do its job, by an Executive Order. So to what good is the Senate if it is not used? Why am I trying to test the waters in becoming a US Senator, if it is an extinct animal?

At a time where the President has the audacity, to stand up in front of the American People, and say we need to cut entitlements, I say call the kettle black, why not cut the countries Sustainable Programs, to which neither you nor I approved of as they were implemented into the budget, without our permissions.

When did your Congressman or Senator tell you about all of these new programs to which cost a bundle? Either they too were left in the dark or they failed to let their boss know what is going on. We are the boss, remember; we voted them in!
Did you know that we are “Sustainable” according to Agenda 21, the Federal Government and its agencies, too which I say ought to be trimmed to cut out like a malignant cancer that it is! “Sustainability and Sustainable - to create and maintain conditions, under which humans and nature can exist in productive harmony, that permit fulfilling the social, economic, and other requirement of present and future generations of Americans (EO 13423, Section 9 and EO 13514, Section 19(l)).”

Its successful implementation is first and foremost the responsibility of Governments. National strategies, plans, policies and processes are crucial in achieving this. International cooperation should support and supplement such national efforts. In this context, the United Nations system has a key role to play. Other international, regional and subregional organizations are also called upon to contribute to this effort. Americans and the American news media are all but ignoring the shenanigans by those who worship at the altar of the United Nations. The big story these days is the conflict between the U.S. Congress and President Barack Obama over the proposed debt ceiling increase, cuts in spending and the Democrat Party's favorite activity: Raising taxes on the rich. The real problem, is with the media's coverage of this United Nations labyrinth known as Agenda 21. Created in 1992 and implemented in incremental actions by the U.N. and its supporters in the U.S., E.U., and other countries whose populations are eager to benefit from the work of others especially those enjoying success in the United States.

Congress never approved the implementation of Agenda 21 programs in education, economics, the environment and other areas and though other presidents have recognized this scurvy to a scorched earth policy, President Obama, at the end of the Lame Duck session of Congress in January, as all were going home, did the Senates job for them in ratifying the LOST Convention or as we know it Agenda 21 of the Land of the Sea Treaty!

Agenda 21's, International Council of Local Environmental Initiative, ICLEI, have made deals with local governments numbering upwards of 600 cities, towns across the USA now in a step that ignores the Constitution in that these cities have made a pact with the devil, so to speak, as cities to States may make no concessions with foreign governments what so ever. The Feds have ignored it too and they are found in contempt of the law of our land. Proponents of Agenda 21 are not limited too but these are the big boys at bat: billionaire George Soros has provided millions of dollars to ICLEI. Former Obama czar Van Jones' Green for All and the Tides Foundations' Apollo Alliance are also reportedly ICLEI contributors.

The truth is, Agenda 21 promotes European socialism that by its nature will infringe upon our freedoms and liberties. Most of its vague, lofty sounding phrases cause the average person's eyes to glaze over, making it easier to sneak into our communities. Phrases like GreenPrint, Sustainability, sustainable growth, sustainable environments and such that look to sound good until you look inside the box! As a radical environmental agenda, the U.N. wishes to change consumption patterns, including ownership of property and automobiles all the while, successfully promoting social justice. In the United States, the Agenda 21 National Coordinating Body is the President's Council on Sustainable Development (PCSD).

The U.S. Constitution requires that consensus on public policy be hammered out in public by elected officials, not by 28 appointed individuals, carefully selected because of their known support of the principles expressed in Agenda 21. This UN description of the PCSD is found in a section of the report entitled "Integrated Decision-making," also known as the "consensus" process. Just look at the Executive Orders Obama has passed without Congressional consent! Yet nobody talks about it, with the exception of I. As I stand here before you today and say NO TO AGENDA 21! The progressives laid the foundation for Agenda 21 in the 1960s when it became unlawful to pray in government schools. Now, as of this week, because it may offend the Hispanics of our country, these same progressives are trying to ban the US Flag from flying in schools to government buildings. Just as they crept into our schools, they used Magnuson-Stevens in its loop-holes in the upper Northwest in planning catch shares to sector separation on the salmon. Sustainable Development in School Curriculum" is one of the 32 specific objectives of Agenda 21. This objective has been achieved in 63% of the participating nations, and in process in another 17%.

Education is a key ingredient in the transformation to a sustainable society. The UN Commission on Sustainable Development reports that in America, "the national strategy on education is prepared by the Department of Education and includes such programs as Goals 2000 and School to Work. Do you know that when our country is at its knees with the debt and default hanging overhead, President Obama recently offered 500 million dollars to any school to whom kicked out the ABC's and implemented Environmental Education as an alternative to regular studies K-12; with an Environmental Literacy test administered at the end of your schooling. Regardless of your grades, pass the Environment test and collect your reward of a H.S. Diploma? Part of the Environmental studies is on Marine Spatial Planning, Sector Separation and Catch Shares. REMEMBER WIENER-GATE?
Well, the Commander in Chief pulled another fast one on the American Public in signing in his, 86th Executive Order under the guise of a Wiener, almost as if this was leaked out to put all eyes on the Wiener and not to his selling the USA down the river to Agenda 21!

Bells to Whistles should have gone up here in America when the phrase “sustainable rural communities” came up, instead the only rising article from mainstream media was about a Wiener. ICLEI, ever heard of it? It's just another way of saying, “sustainable rural communities” an Agenda 21 Convention within the LOST Convention also signed during the Lame Duck session, while nobody was watching. Thirty states are now encroached upon by Obama's Executive Order establishing the National Ocean Council for control over America's oceans, coastlines and the Great Lakes. Under this new council, states' coastal jurisdictions are subject to the United Nations' Law Of Sea Treaty (LOST) in this UN Agenda 21 program. America's oceans and coastlines have been broken into 9 regions that include the North East, Mid-Atlantic, South Atlantic, the Gulf Coast, West Coast, the Great Lakes, Alaska, the Pacific Islands (including Hawaii) and the Caribbean....
Because of the decades of difficulty that the collectivists have had trying to ratify the Law Of Sea Treaty (LOST), Obama snicked it in through the back door, by way of another Executive Order establishing the Council.
Because LOST is a treaty, Obama's Executive Order is not Constitutional as treaty ratification requires 2/3 approval from the Senate. Agenda 21 Convention on Biodiversity treaty of 1992 failed to pass Congress so it was executed through soft law and administratively on local levels, and Obama's Executive Order is a similar soft law tactic to enact the LOST treaty.

Executive Order 13575—Establishment of the White House Rural Council
June 9, 2011
By the authority vested in me as President by the Constitution and the laws of the United States of America and in order to enhance Federal engagement with rural communities, it is hereby ordered as follows:
Section 1. Policy. Sixteen percent of the American population lives in rural counties. Strong, sustainable rural communities are essential to winning the future and ensuring American competitiveness in the years ahead. These communities supply our food, fiber, and energy, safeguard our natural resources, and are essential in the development of science and innovation. Though rural communities face numerous challenges, they also present enormous economic potential. The Federal Government has an important role to play in order to expand access to the capital necessary for economic growth, promote innovation, improve access to health care and education, and expand outdoor recreational activities on public lands.
To enhance the Federal Government's efforts to address the needs of rural America, this order establishes a council to better coordinate Federal programs and maximize the impact of Federal investment to promote economic prosperity and quality of life in our rural communities.
Sec. 2. Establishment. There is established a White House Rural Council (Council).
Sec. 3. Membership. (a) The Secretary of Agriculture shall serve as the Chair of the Council, which shall also include the heads of the following executive branch departments, agencies, and offices:
(1) the Department of the Treasury;
(2) the Department of Defense;
(3) the Department of Justice;
(4) the Department of the Interior;
(5) the Department of Commerce;
(6) the Department of Labor;
(7) the Department of Health and Human Services;
(8) the Department of Housing and Urban Development;
(9) the Department of Transportation;
(10) the Department of Energy;
(11) the Department of Education;
(12) the Department of Veterans Affairs;
(13) the Department of Homeland Security;
(14) the Environmental Protection Agency;
(15) the Federal Communications Commission;
(16) the Office of Management and Budget;
(17) the Office of Science and Technology Policy;
(18) the Office of National Drug Control Policy;
(19) the Council of Economic Advisers;
(20) the Domestic Policy Council;
(21) the National Economic Council;
(22) the Small Business Administration;
(23) the Council on Environmental Quality;
(24) the White House Office of Public Engagement and Intergovernmental Affairs;
(25) the White House Office of Cabinet Affairs; and such other executive branch departments, agencies, and offices as the President or the Secretary of Agriculture may, from time to time, designate.
(b) A member of the Council may designate, to perform the Council functions of the member, a senior-level official who is part of the member's department, agency, or office, and who is a full-time officer or employee of the Federal Government.
(c) The Department of Agriculture shall provide funding and administrative support for the Council to the extent permitted by law and within existing appropriations.
(d) The Council shall coordinate its policy development through the Domestic Policy Council and the National Economic Council.
Sec. 4. Mission and Function of the Council. The Council shall work across executive departments, agencies, and offices to coordinate development of policy recommendations to promote economic prosperity and quality of life in rural America, and shall coordinate my Administration's engagement with rural communities. The Council shall:
(a) make recommendations to the President, through the Director of the Domestic Policy Council and the Director of the National Economic Council, on streamlining and leveraging Federal investments in rural areas, where appropriate, to increase the impact of Federal dollars and create economic opportunities to improve the quality of life in rural America;
(b) coordinate and increase the effectiveness of Federal engagement with rural stakeholders, including agricultural organizations, small businesses, education and training institutions, health-care providers, telecommunications services providers, research and land grant institutions, law enforcement, State, local, and tribal governments, and nongovernmental organizations regarding the needs of rural America;
(c) coordinate Federal efforts directed toward the growth and development of geographic regions that encompass both urban and rural areas; and
(d) identify and facilitate rural economic opportunities associated with energy development, outdoor recreation, and other conservation related activities.
Sec. 5. General Provisions. (a) The heads of executive departments and agencies shall assist and provide information to the Council, consistent with applicable law, as may be necessary to carry out the functions of the Council. Each executive department and agency shall bear its own expense for participating in the Council. (b) Nothing in this order shall be construed to impair or otherwise affect:
(i) authority granted by law to an executive department, agency, or the head thereof; or
(ii) functions of the Director of the Office of Management and Budget relating to budgetary, administrative, or legislative proposals.
(c) This order shall be implemented consistent with applicable law and subject to the availability of appropriations.
(d) This order is not intended to, and does not, create any right or benefit, substantive or procedural, enforceable at law or in equity by any party against the United States, its departments, agencies, or entities, its officers, employees, or agents, or any other person.
