Goals For A Sustainable Florida
Agenda 21 and all its components to include ICLEI in our cities and counties, to Catch Share initiatives involving Sector Separation, Coastal & Marine Spatial Planning and the implementation of all other United Nation protocols that relieve the American of the Freedoms to which we have fought and spilled blood for. Dues to the UN are unconstitutional as to which all protocols called for, in the treaty signed by Executive Order, Land of the Sea Treaty, LOST by President Obama earlier this year of our Lord 2011, are to unconstitutional as this treaty to and with the UN was NOT RATIFIED bu the US Senate, therefore making it nullified and void, Executive Order or not! By eliminating all aspects of Agenda 21, throughout Florida and the country, it will downsize bureaucratic government in additional rules to regulations and open our job market and bring new enterprises into the state in creating a business friendly market.
Rules and regulations of big government to banks that cannot fail are strangling our state in making it harder to purchase a new car to a new home. The Florida Legislature must come forward in making some bold statements to the nation in showing Florida will lead the way to a stronger nation. Bank fees in Florida must stop! Banks already make money off your money, why should they make more off the money you do not have extra to give them?
Here in Florida we have the DEP, Department of Environmental Protection, so why do we follow rules to regulations set forth by the EPA? We have our own protection and do not need a partnership in disasters. If the Federal Government wishes to ban the EPA, that is wonderful, less strangulation to small businesses but we, here in Florida must push our Florida Legislated group to press for State Sovereignty and end an era of dictatorship with the EPA.
Supporting an “idea” of creating a Florida Housing initiative, in that we have so many houses either in foreclosure or foreclosed on. With this bubble in houses sitting vacant, how could we allow those who want, to have, what we have; vacant houses? HUD is another failure gone wrong yet it still thrives and does nothing but impose more rules to regulations to those in need. There is no special mode of one size fits all. Yet, with HUD, a big governmental agency, it thrives while many a homeless in Florida are in need but do not fall with in their rules. Florida needs its own regulatory agency, not HUD, in that people could rent to own, sweat equity in fixing it up, to rentals in general. Why cannot the state work out a solution with the banks and put a roof over its peoples heads. Floridians have a vision, I have a vision and we together could make this happen.
Many are against the idea of “Drill baby Drill” off Florida's coast. I have respect for that but I too drive a car? Oil is a mainstay to the world from the plastic keyboard I am typing this on to the gasoline in my truck. Alternative fuels are being investigated and in some cases, used but oil at this time in our world is a mainstay, like it or not. Gas exploration is the new generation, as it is of a plenty but again one must drill to get it. If Florida is not to partake in passing State Sovereignty, oil exploration could happen with or with out our governments approval, as Agenda 21 kicks in, with LOST, as our State waters are now only three miles from shore and if say, Brazil wished to drill in Federal waters, it could and would off your Florida beaches. Florida needs to reject Agenda 21 and take our State waters back. If Florida were to get into the oil game, I would suggest the building of a new refinery at one or more of our deep-water ports. A refinery has not been built since the 1960's in the USA because of EPA rules and regulations. It is a gold mine waiting for somebody to strike it rich bring in jobs, jobs, jobs! To that, in Florida cheap prices at the pump and a new beginning.
In Florida we have the Florida Lottery. We have bingo halls in almost every city. We have gaming on reservation owned property. We have the dog tracks but we do not have open gaming or sports betting; Why is that? You cannot say, Florida does not want gambling, as we already have it. If we were to set a standard where a fair percentage went towards our homeless population and maybe, say, a fund in helping those in additional needs from medical to housing, why would we not allow more? It would mean construction jobs for the Gaming halls and hotels to roadways and maintenance. It would require servers, management, cooks, dealers, plumbers and on and on. A win, win with more jobs in Florida by Florida for Florida! On the other hand and food for thought, looking on the other side of the fence; Florida could probably generate more revenue by raising fees on license plates or increasing the sales tax by a penny or so, than through legalized gambling but I pay enough on my license plates and on my fixed income, do not want more taxes on my goods making my income smaller. I like the idea that thousands of jobs in the construction and service industries would be created, as I can think of a couple of people out of work where I live and I'll bet you can too.
Florida needs to step up to the plate with its internet sales, as other states have enacted this proposal, we too should consider this idea as it would expand our states coffers in more revenue; for every 10 percent of internet-only retail sales returned to Florida retailers (either through an internet sale or a sale at a physical store), total Florida retail sales will increase by between $2.8 billion and $3.1 billion by 2020 with an expected impact of 8,300 to 9,200 additional jobs. Expanding our immediate revenues between $449.6 million and $454 million in 2012. All of this in just making those online, in sales, to play by the same rules as bricks and mortar retailers. A tax Fairness rule is needed as it would encourage economic growth and foster job-creation in Florida while addressing the priorities the state needs in raising revenues. With additional revenues coming into the state coffers, the Florida Legislature and the Governor could then relieve the burdens of new business by offering lawmakers revenue-neutral options by eliminating the corporate income tax. More sales, more jobs, more incentives; Florida for Florida First, maybe the rest of the country could follow with such put through Congress too.
At anytime, anywhere, the President, while aboard Air Force 1, has full correspondence as well the capabilities to address the nation or the world at the touch of a button. We too, as Americans, with our Black Berries to I pads, laptops, whatever, too are connected to the world at the touch of a button. SO Why do Congressional Representatives have to travel to and fro in an attempt to run our country? Kind of archaic is it not, during this era in our lives of electronics! Think how much it would save us tax payers, if we were not paying for Room and Board to the renting of private jets to go to work, all while receiving a six figure salary? Sure, maybe for two weeks out of the year, a trip would be in order but the rest of the time; at home, tapping buttons on a very secure line!
And now that our Congress are tapping buttons on secure lines or not, they still work less than, in generalities, 140-160 days a year. A six figure salary for half a years work and this year, how hard are they actually working? I purpose that a ten percent or more salary reduction be in order for all of our Congress and the President. If the cuts start here, make them start at the steps to freedom; with the President & Congress! Making a statement the American people will applaud too.
Florida for Floridians! Nobody else is going to look after our affairs, so we better start now. I need your help in putting in a bid to run as the first third party on the ballot from our past, The Whig Party. Hence, I live in Florida so I am an ambassador of The Florida Whig Party and I implore you to donate no matter which party you are registered in because this is not about parties; just Florida and how it will effect you and I. These are but IDEAS! It is my CONVERSATION with Florida but if I cannot fill my coffers to get on the ballot, my thoughts for a better Florida, Country and wellness for all, will just be dust in the wind. Will You Please Give to help out your Country and State? Third Party Politics, with a back to the basics attitude; as it was the Whig party that started it all in the first place. Why not give a hand to the underdog? You never know where it may take the country but I promise you this: Principles before Party, Personality and Profit with deeds not words. It's just that simple!

Gentlemen:
In one way or another, each of us are involved with the fish swimming in Florida's beautiful yet environmentally vulnerable waters. On November 16th, a final hearing in Key Largo held by Florida Fish & Wildlife Commission (FWC) could have devastating impact on our State's fisheries, jobs, and environment. We need your help to delay an upcoming FWC decision that seems destined to pass without your combined and immediate help. I have spoken to Kumar Mahadeva from Mote about the issue and the doctor will supply any necessary scientific data we need to support our request.
At question is a regulation change that will open our shallow estuarine waters to the commercial harvest of spotted sea trout. The species is easy to catch and is the target of many newcomers to our beloved sport; both tourists and residents. The claim put forth by the commercial anglers seeking the change is that they're already killing the species as by-catch in mullet harvests. If that's true as stated, we ask what other species are being killed without all of us knowing? Furthermore, the proposed changes will promote the sale of spotted sea trout year-round at local fish houses. The flesh does not freeze well, and will end up as cat food or garden emulsions.
A recent media event that several of us attended in Sarasota included a presentation by Southworth Associates. In it Mr. Southworth estimates that saltwater (recreational) fishing in Florida represents 27% of all recreational fishing in the US, generates $3.3 billion in retail revenue, creates 54,000 jobs, and produces $345 million in State tax revenues. In our opinion, commercially netting those trout will have a direct measurable and negative impact on those numbers. The commercial value of those recreational trout must be compared to any unsubstantiated commercial harvests.
Moving on from the financial impact, the long-term damage to our fragile environment of the change cannot be over-stated. While many of us signing this letter do not agree on exactly how our vulnerable fisheries need to be managed, not one of us are opposed to sound scientific data resulting in sustainable resources.
We share many commonalities concerning commercial fishery management as well as recreational. We know the importance of commercial fishing to our tables, our way of life, and our state economy. In this instance, however, a small number of fishermen have much to gain and our state, our sport and related industries, and the species itself much to lose. The passage of this regulatory change doesn't pass the smell test gentlemen, and we ask only that the final decision be delayed until we can prove our point and do a comparison of financial and environmental impact with real numbers, not computer models.
To date we have been ignored by the FWC bureaucracy in charge. If you were to survey the anglers and scientists within FWC proper, we are confident they would agree with our request.

What Would Washington Do?
In picking a President one must look at the whole man and Newt Gingrich, baggage and all is how we, as a person learn. Newt has fashioned himself to what he is today; a leader. I hope, I can lend a hand in helping him in this winding road to the White House. What America needs a leader, a vision and a track record to back it up; baggage or not, Newt should be carefully considered. Gary A. The 99 % Solution
A group of activists, marched into the gallery of the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE), in protest of capitalism! They throw fistfuls of dollars (mostly fake) down toward the trading floor, tricking the traders into a pathetic scramble for cash. Chaos to pandemonium seemed to sweep the crowd who turned from an exodus of protestors into a raging mob! One of the groups involved with this assorted set of groups of the mob were, the National Organization for Women. One of the actions of this group was to take the actions needed to bring women into the mainstream of American society now, exercising all privileges and responsibilities thereof in truly an equal partnership with men. With a handful of other top-drawer radicals, the Youth International Party formed, a flamboyant political group with no official membership or apparent leadership. It would seem to be a group with a specialty in revolution-via-the ridiculous. Sounds, as seen on Wall Street, are percolating across the country as other towns are under siege! This, combined with the National Mobilization Committee, are joining up with other political grassroots groups, like-minded; the Students for a Democratic Society, have s banding together, along with the Unions in a mobilization of a better formed mob but never the less, a mob! Activists are meeting to coordinate protest efforts by over 100 anti-war groups. The-revolution-in-social-media-continues with demonstrators meeting with brutal police actions; 589 are arrested, 219 injured.
Sounds much akin to the 99% ers, does it not but with one difference; this “Mob” was led by Abbott Abbie Hoffman, some 40 years ago; remember “Hell No, We won't Go!” As the burning of draft cards were all the rage, those leaving to Canada and of course, Woodstock. History has a way of repeating its self, especially when government is not listening; so it is time to send a message a wake up call, if you will. It may have started with the far left or had been sponsored by move on dot org, but the tides have turned on that too as it is no longer just the far left radicals to which are screaming or the communist by a melting pot of many who are upset with the “establishment!” So when you hear one of those Senators from the Hill or a news media reporter in his fifties or older say; they are just an unruly mob with no real message; they forgot about their days in growing up in Vietnam America. Whither you fought for or against, in country or out, you knew about the yippies to hippies and bell bottoms were the style. Peace Baby!
Anti-war protest occupies Washington DC
I too am pissed off! Though I am a poor capitalist, a capitalist, all the same. On Social Security Disability at age 58, feeling too, I have been left to the way side. The 99 Per-centers may have a voice and may have a message and it may just be a message saying they do not like what is happening around them. I too do not like what I see but instead of a march and a banner against a dislike; I decided to try and run for office and do it from with in. I am extremely disappointed in both my readers as to all in the march; we all are looking for less restrictions by big brother to more help in reaching out to help us in job growth to medical stability. The homeless are never addressed and the wars we are waging are to numerous to mention, in this short article. The war, alone in Afghanistan is now ten years old and yet not one protest against it; remember Vietnam? At what cost is this to us as a people? The Housing marketplace; much could be said about about this but instead we hear the same old same old political hog wash and in the Senate races, the ones who have been in since the rock of ages, are planning to be in until the rock of ages and did I mention most of them are millionaires or at least fall with in the upper 1 %. Why and how could they know how it is like to be hungry or how do we pay for next months rent? I am upset when I hear on the TV about these 99 Per-centers need to get real but the ones saying that are not worried if they are losing their homes; are they? I work hard at trying to keep my sanity in running my blogs and writing about fishing and how to do things; in passing along a hobby which could last you a lifetime. My wife works hard in being a server at a restaurant to put food on our table, along with my wee disability paycheck and I am sick of hearing my Senator at 180,000 dollars a year plus perks telling me he has a plan; trust me, with little to no conversation to back it up. I have written my Representatives a number of times, on different issues ranging from Agenda 21, ICLEI, the Homeless, our Housing problem and looking for political guidance, only to receive the same old auto-responder message that at this time we are working on the jobless situation and will get back to you once this problem is resolved? That is unacceptable! That is why I decided to run to for Political office but I need your support; all 99 %! Send in ONE BUCK each, just a sawbuck, a Dollar and we can change Washington to where someone will have to listen because I am not a Republican, nor a Democrat but a Whig. I am of the Florida Whig Party, and we need a moderator in government as it is now, it is in gridlock. I know what it is like to be poor! I know what it is to be of the hard working Americans to which, we got the shaft and they got the office. We must make it a privilege to be in office, not a career. Just as the hippies and Love Revolution of drugs, love and rock-n-roll changed a nation; so to may the 99% Solution!

The homeless are never addressed and the wars we are waging are to numerous to mention, in this short article. The war, alone in Afghanistan is now ten years old and yet not one protest against it; remember Vietnam? At what cost is this to us as a people? The Housing marketplace; much could be said about about this but instead we hear the same old same old political hog wash and in the Senate races, the ones who have been in since the rock of ages, are planning to be in until the rock of ages and did I mention most of them are millionaires or at least fall with in the upper 1 %. Why and how could they know how it is like to be hungry or how do we pay for next months rent? I am upset when I hear on the TV about these 99 Per-centers need to get real but the ones saying that are not worried if they are losing their homes; are they? I work hard at trying to keep my sanity in running my blogs and writing about fishing and how to do things; in passing along a hobby which could last you a lifetime. My wife works hard in being a server at a restaurant to put food on our table, along with my wee disability paycheck and I am sick of hearing my Senator at 180,000 dollars a year plus perks telling me he has a plan; trust me, with little to no conversation to back it up. I have written my Representatives a number of times, on different issues ranging from Agenda 21, ICLEI, the Homeless, our Housing problem and looking for political guidance, only to receive the same old auto-responder message that at this time we are working on the jobless situation and will get back to you once this problem is resolved? That is unacceptable! That is why I decided to run to for Political office but I need your support; all 99 %! Send in ONE BUCK each, just a sawbuck, a Dollar and we can change Washington to where someone will have to listen because I am not a Republican, nor a Democrat but a Whig. I am of the Florida Whig Party, and we need a moderator in government as it is now, it is in gridlock. I know what it is like to be poor! I know what it is to be of the hard working Americans to which, we got the shaft and they got the office. We must make it a privilege to be in office, not a career. Just as the hippies and Love Revolution of drugs, love and rock-n-roll changed a nation; so to may the 99% Solution!

Wasting Your Money; Climate Change/Catch Shares!
Remember just how effective NOAA was during the Gulf Oil Spill? What about its fame to incompetent management through the corrupt and disposition of funds generated by fines and property seizures from fishermen? Climate Change Scares to Catch Share Ponzi schemes sponsored with your money by and for privileged industry like the EDF; why is that? 
Dr. Jane Lubchenco, the environmentalist rock star and former vice chairperson of the Environmental Defense Fund (EDF), was appointed as the administrator of NOAA by President Obama. She has installed a team of Eco-zealots, and they have a Climate Service Office ready and waiting to proceed ,with only congressional approval standing in their way, too which has not happened even though she has already spent monies in creating the positions needed to run her Czar creation of feudalism on the fisheries. The six regional directors were appointed on 10 September 2010. All the elements promised by Dr. Lubchenco are in place, even though Congress said “NO,” she is ready anyway. Wonder what that is costing us in tax dollars? The FY2011 Continuing Resolution, set by Congress, also prohibits expending funds on specific fisheries management techniques. NOAA’s response: issuing a legalistic Ziggy-zagging on parsing and hairsplitting, to find ways to fund their games.
Remember the article about sea level rise along the Maryland shore? It was another “Best available information” they could get as there was not any scientific data to back up such. A great Shock & Awe or article to catch the human eye of fear in gloom to doom; kudos to a great fiction story but to how many believed this garbage? The article appeared in the Climate Watch Magazine, which is a feature of the NOAA Climate Service web portal.

EDF tool of choice for fisheries are “Catch Shares” or also referred to as Catch Shares Management and sometimes derisively termed as a cap and trade but to whatever you call them, “Fisheries are depleted and fishermen lose their jobs as “Catch Shares” march forward making monies for those whom are called stock, I mean, stakeholders. Now to those who do not know what a Catch Share is, here is a quote from Wenonah Hauter, of Newsvine.com, “A means to essentially privatize fishing, catch shares divide up the fish in any given region, often granting fishing privileges to a handful of larger corporate interests while pushing out smaller-scale, more traditional fishermen. Since they award those operations that fish the fastest and hardest, they incentivize the use of larger-scale boats, more damaging gear, and wasteful fishing practices that hurt fish stocks and the habitats on which they depend.”
If EDF loves NOAA and its position on its flawed data to best information and science, EDF ought to take it over with in the private sector and Congress could release NOAA from its purse strings, to which they would gladly do except our fearless leader, President Obama to is in bed with this Cap and trade bunch. We must tell Congress not to allow NOAA to regroup and we must make sure President Obama will be what I want to be; a one termed official! He had his time in and his colors are not that of my red, white and blue, as I stand for the American Fisherman, the Constitution and the use of God everywhere freedom rings through-out our Republic! Hell No to Catch Shares and Hell No to those organizations which stand by them. Not in my country, not in my town and not on my oceans are the speech of Americans everywhere. Catch Shares to Climate Change, sell it to China as they may be in need of a Eco-zealot environmentalist rock star, to motivate them into a Catch Shares Management Program, as we here back in America are not into another Cap in Shade deal to steal our rights to jobs to fish for the advancement of board members of the EDF on my dime!

Convinced that education was a more effective tool than military might, the reincarnation of the old League set out to educate the world about the benefits of its concept of governance. Principles before Party, Personality and Profit with Deeds, not words.
Where Principles are but my standard, with rhetoric to political double-talk, not even within my scope or question, I am, I Can; as together we can and will seek out a new Free America. Did you know that the federal debt has climbed by $8.3 trillion, in just 10 years! I am tired of all the rhetoric, blame shifting and everybody afraid to make a decision. Somebody needs to take the lead, as our Country does not play second fiddle to anyone and Florida, should not expect less. Through the words of the Party Chairman, Paul Grant Truesdell, there are Ten simple words to live by, to which, it just may, once again, save our Country; Principles before Party, Personality and Profit with Deeds, not words.
Outdoors Advocate Against NOAA, EDF & PEW with their involvement in Catch Shares, and editor of The Online Fisherman made History today, as I announced my wish to become a Exploratory Candidate U.S. Senate, for the Florida Whigs Party, in April. "I understand that mine is but one voice, but perhaps when united in a national chorus of discontent against those who would willingly deny you and I as Americans, access to our natural public resources, foundations to governmental entities and asserted councils can better understand how such radical anti-fishing rhetoric is truly impacting the cultural heritage and traditions of our vital coastal infrastructure and refusing us our basic human rights as established under the public trust doctrine."
The Tea Party, to which I follow closely, is not a political party, nor is it looking to form a third political party any time soon, as stated on their web site but we as The Florida Whigs, will be, upon election, that third party to which will be the conscience of the other two, in forming a bond to the Red, White and Blue. Reforming all political parties and government so that the core principles of our Founding Fathers become, once again, the foundation upon which America stands.
I, Gary A. Anderson, do here by so intend to test the waters and am looking for funding to Endorsements as I am an Exploratory Candidate for the US Senate, Florida as a Florida Whig Party Representative. I am Proud to live in North Port Florida. I am proud to resident in the Great State of Florida and I am proud to be an American. I tell all I meet, in this country, yours and mine; you can do whatever you want, all you have to do is try. I maybe disabled but I am not dead. I may not have the millions or even the thousands but too, I testing the waters, because I can. I am up for a fight! Putting the feet to the fire with regards to numbers. Education and Health care are big issues to our state and unless your on the receiving end, how do you know what is best for me or you? As an elected official, you must follow to what the people of Florida want, not to what the Government wants. They are into our fisheries, health care, education, unions and now purposing a catch share system for the recreational fisherman; what we can or cannot believe in and I say enough is enough! I Want No More! We are sliding more and more away from the Free Market in Florida advertising dollars because the FDA wants our children protected from unapproved advertisements, our Federal Government does not want? Since when did the Feds tell the States what to do? The bribes must stop. You do this or we give you no more funding; since when did a barter system set itself up with in our fiscal budgets of our Federal Government? Florida right to fish laws are being completely ignored. How much more are we going to be forced to put up with? The unnecessary gag shut down will result in a loss of three billion dollars, and 5000 jobs. Do you realize this order by the Czars was done as all the new regulations are done by them, without an economical feasibility study. They skipped that phase because it is quicker and probably would have recommended against it but that is what The NOAA /NMFS Councils do; ruin lives through U.N. Protocol! Why is it that your Governor or Senator has not come forward and said; Article I - The Legislative Branch, Section 10 - Powers prohibited of States: No State shall enter into any Treaty, Alliance, or Confederation...Tell them what they can do with it! Has nobody have a pair anymore or are they too involved in other interests?
Another by-product to all of this mess are agencies such as NOAA. NOAA is not just about weather, it too is taking your rights away to take your son or daughter fishing. The industry is on a change, put up for sale and now controlled by NGO's, such as PEW and the EDF, with companies behind the scenes, like the Walton Family and the Tyson’s, licking their chops on just how much money they will make off the privatization of your ocean and beaches. Before the Feds wish to take away my disability benefits and yours because of monies in need, why not look into NOAA and its increase to the $5.554 billion dollars awarded to them for more orbiting satellites to tell us what a tornado looks like. Money that could have gone towards a needy cause or, hm...maybe paying off our debt, what a concept!
Get Out and Stay out; administer your own backyard but stay out of mine and as far as Magnuson-Stevens, it needs a revision to the fullest extent, if not either rewritten or abolished all together. Conservation is as good as you put into it and the ways that NOAA is reading the rules, they need to go back to school!

It has some enlightening areas to which I wonder when was the last time Congress read it, not looked at it but actually, word for word read its Amendments of 27, as all the Articles within? The Tea Party, to which I follow closely, is not a political party, nor is it looking to form a third political party any time soon, as stated on their web site but we as The Florida Whigs, will be, upon election, that third party to which will be the conscience of the other two, in forming a bond to the Red, White and Blue. Reforming all political parties and government so that the core principles of our Founding Fathers become, once again, the foundation upon which America stands.
I, Gary A. Anderson, do here by so intend to test the waters and am looking for funding to Endorsements as I am an Exploratory Candidate for the US Senate, Florida as a Florida Whig Party Representative. I am Proud to live in North Port Florida. I am proud to resident in the Great State of Florida and I am proud to be an American. I am up for a fight! Putting the feet to the fire with regards to numbers. Education and Health care are big issues to our state and unless your on the receiving end, how do you know what is best for me or you? As an elected official, you must follow to what the people of Florida want, not to what the Government wants. They are into our fisheries, health care, education, unions and now purposing a catch share system for the recreational fisherman; what we can or cannot believe in and I say enough is enough! I Want No More! We are sliding more and more away from the Free Market in Florida advertising dollars because the FDA wants our children protected from unapproved advertisements, our Federal Government does not want? Since when did the Feds tell the States what to do? The bribes must stop. You do this or we give you no more funding; since when did a barter system set itself up with in our fiscal budgets of our Federal Government? Florida right to fish laws are being completely ignored. How much more are we going to be forced to put up with? The unnecessary gag shut down will result in a loss of three billion dollars, and 5000 jobs. Do you realize this order by the Czars was done as all the new regulations are done by them, without an economical feasibility study. They skipped that phase because it is quicker and probably would have recommended against it but that is what The NOAA /NMFS Councils do; ruin lives through U.N. Protocol! Why is it that your Governor or Senator has not come forward and said; Article I - The Legislative Branch, Section 10 - Powers prohibited of States: No State shall enter into any Treaty, Alliance, or Confederation...Tell them what they can do with it! Has nobody have a pair anymore or are they too involved in other interests?

Anderson, wish to end political radicalism, restore moderate majority rule with the utmost sincere respect, for the views of the minority, and provide decisive leadership, with emphasis to transparency and adherence to fiduciary standards, as has never existed, since our Founding Fathers blazed the trail to which we continue to broaden. Federal, state, and local governments must live within their means and maintain balanced budgets. To do this and more because much has not been done in Florida, for the good of its citizens, in a very long time. Florida needs a Wake Up Call if we are going to survive the 21st century. I need you support. I need Your donations now to get on the ballot and beat Bill Nelson! Help Me Help You and Please Donate to the best cause of your life! I am but one of you! Not of the rich, like others to all in the races ahead. I am a disabled American worker that knows when our government needs to wake up and remember us; to which, they all have forgotten. When was the last time a Senator here in Florida did something for you? When did you ever get but just a form letter as an answer to your question? There is plenty of time for these that call themselves 'Leaders' to answer and come a calling; not just at election time. Think about it; approximately working but 140 days a year and have no time to talk to their constituents? I purpose that a cut in their salaries be in order as a first drafting of a bill and why not! You get what you work for and a six figure salary plus perks for less than a years work is ludicrous. Save the country a buck times all in Congress and that is a pretty penny. Put your money where your mouth is, cut your own dollars as then we could say as was once said before by U.S. President Harry S. Truman with the buck stops here and I say, "The Buck Starts Here!" Showing America we mean business, no Party involvement need apply as it is one America, one people and one government; a government "of the people."

It is a time of simplification to reformation of our tax codes, in restoring our wealth back to maintainable levels. Federal, state, and local governments must live within their means and maintain balanced budgets. General funds must be segregated from all other funds and each funding type must be used only for their intended usage, period, unless it is imperative that such funding is in need during a time of war or conflict, which first must be voted by congress. No funds of the Peoples should ever be used in political speech or campaign activities. The use of any public funds designated for relief or public works for electoral purposes, directly or indirectly is morally wrong and must be made illegal. It must be illegal for government officials to promise jobs, promotions, financial assistance, contracts, or any other benefit to coerce campaign contributions or political support. Free and legitimate elections are critical to the survival of a nation, state, or local government; therefore, there must be zero tolerance with any type of fraud.
The United States Constitution is the supreme law of the land. The original intent of the Constitution shall govern all branches of the government. Judicial activism undermines the Constitution.
The Second Amendment specifically states that "the right of the people to keep and bear arms" and thus permits the individual ownership of firearms. It is our right!
Unique to their compositions, the States of this United States, is unique in its people, climate, history, economics, and geography. The Tenth Amendment of the United States Constitution shall govern in that all powers not granted to the federal government nor prohibited to the states shall be reserved to the states and the people. That is You and I, The People; This Constitution to which we all owe is such a divine piece of writing even today and must be preserved at all costs!We should never discard it, as some have suggested! The LOST ratification was done by and Executive Order and not by the will of the people, Congress, and therefore must be prohibited from usage within our frame works of society. Agenda 21 will discard the Constitution, take away the rights of the People and give them to stakeholders, much akin to "Catch Shares" an abomination to this country. Stand Up with me in a fight to take back your country that has been taken away from you. Stand up and say "I CAN!" and together we can and will prevail back to one nation, under god, for liberty and justice for all, not just a selected few but ALL!

17 executive orders; What Good is Congress?
When the President signed into law the $38 billion in budget cuts, that the House and Senate approved earlier in the week week, Obama said that there were “certain provisions of the bill that he would not abide by” and this is evident by his abuse of the Executive Order. We are definitely living under an elected monarch. “The Founders intended for the legislative branch of Congress, composed of both the House and Senate, to be the dominant branch of the federal government. Today the executive branch, has become, by far, the dominant branch of government, even to the point that it is the main threat to the liberty and freedom of American citizens." ..Honorable John V. Denson, a Circuit Court judge from Alabama. We the People, “the Defenders of liberty” have much to worry about, as the President wields his sword of Executive Orders and gives bureaucrats, much as like NOAA in its abuse of Magnuson-Stevens to exercise powers that are solely reserved to Congress, the states, or the people themselves. We no longer live under the Constitution and its three branches of government but are adhering to the administrative law of an administrative state, a de facto fourth branch of government. I did not sign up for such, did you? It is the essence of tyranny, all under the control of the president giving President Obama the power to change policy through an Administrative Order of his choice in impacting state laws across the country. Much again, akin to the NMFS and its Councils changing fishing laws across the lands just because they can under their Czar, Dr. Jane Lubchenco, who too has an open purse, TOTAL DISCRETIONARY SPENDING FOR NOAA:$109,015,000.00 when the Country is trying to trim down? President Obama has stated that his administration planing is enacting a massive regulatory "reform,” which creates a lending fund to provide loans for multiple purposes and if Congress fails to recognize or pass anything requested; via Executive Orders and Administrative Directives, allowed by the President will prevail! Nero to used his “administration planing” and Executive Orders in a Scorched Earth Policy, too but it did little for Rome except help in its fall!
Kings to Monarchs, used to appoint governors to see out their agendas. Hail Barackos Obamanos, Keeper of the Realm and a God to himself. Seems that way, does it not. What Constitution, what Bill of Rights, and God? Czars are regarded by the mainstream press as seemingly all-knowing experts who are above our traditional constitutional restraints and to this I say Bullocks! I believe in one God, the Lord Almighty. I believe in the Lord Jesus Christ, I believe in the Red, White and Blue, our Glorious Flag. Love of Country, Family, Duty, honor and in helping out my fellow Americans now matter to what your beliefs, as Americans believe in the Constitution, Bill of Rights, the powers of Congress and the Fourth of July! Executive Orders be damned and do it the way our Founding Fathers set it up. Play by the rules or get out of the game! In the words of Democrat Senator Robert Byrd “"The rapid and easy accumulation of power by White House staff can threaten the Constitutional system of checks and balances.... At the worst, White House staff have taken direction and control of programmatic areas that are the statutory responsibility of Senate-confirmed officials." As once famously said, "Power tends to corrupt; absolute power corrupts absolutely!" The president can accomplish with a swipe of the pen what used to take an act of Congress and this is a scarey thought; “...with the stroke of a pen today, Congress was abolished by Executive Order.” Hm, wonder if our Lord Protector Obamanos has thought of that yet? Right now, Washington is buzzing with the rumors that Obama is planning to circumvent Congress enacting AMNESTY for ALL illegal aliens in the United States via Executive Orders and Administrative Directives, allowed by the President! This is the White Houses goal is to make Congress irrelevant by circumventing the Constitution. The practical effect of this trend is that America will increasingly have an elective dictatorship if citizens don't insist upon a return to a strict adherence to the U.S. Constitution. If we the American people, our local leaders, main-stream media and Congress do not wake up from Obama's entrancing powers, his presidential powers will be indistinguishable from what started it all in the first place, in which 13 Colonies rebelled in provoking the 1776 Declaration of Independence. Think about it? I'll be detained as a revolutionary because I am bulking his system and an an Exploratory Candidate for the US Senate 2012. Your phones and wireless devices can be tapped and listen to, at random and detain people indefinitely as "enemy combatants," denying them the right of Habitues Corpus (to challenge your detention in court). Are these really powers we want one President to have?
“What Happened to our “Checks & Balances?” President Obama has now signed into order some 17 Executive Orders; What good is Congress and what to do about it. First if it is unconstitutional, to why are we following like lambs to the slaughter? That is why I am looking into running, becoming part of a solution, not more of a problem! I wish to restore our constitutional liberty back to the "land of the free" and we as The People need to strip the President of powers he was never intended to have; Executive Orders. Obama’s Care Of Self is out as I believe in a country not being held hostage as Our States are being held up by the Executive in Order, so as to receive its Federal funding. Who is that man behind the mask? Obama's control now accompanies federal funding, through his Czars, and now if state governments are in need or are dependent of federal funding, they have to march to the beat of the president's drum! Do You want 4 more? Congress needs to roll up their sleeves and cut these ORDERS off, to those they can legally do so with. As to our President in Chief, thank God he is up for reelection and could be defeated as our country moves on licking its wounds from his abuse of the Executive Order. A sound and good bases to run a country as without the Principles, we all are but cavemen roaming the countryside in pursuit of the unknown. I believe in you America. I believe we will awaken and set it right but it needs to be now and I cannot do it alone; So will you not donate and help us grow to a stronger Florida. Did you know that the federal debt has climbed by $8.3 trillion, in just 10 years! I am tired of all the rhetoric, blame shifting and everybody afraid to make a decision. Somebody needs to take the lead, as our Country does not play second fiddle to anyone and Florida, should not expect less. There are many a good man and women in both the Republican and Democratic Parties but they are few and divided at best. We need a Party that will bond the nation into one of healing and to those Modern Tories, who cannot make up their minds; send them packing.
